Despite being put in a very difficult situation where they were unable to repair my vehicle due to a manufacturer delay with backordered parts, their service team kept an open channel of communication with me through out the whole ordeal and gave me much needed reassurance. I especially want to thank Mike Chan the service director and Jordan Ferber the service manager for being so thoughtful and helpful with this extended repair situation. They are the reason I would highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here.

The service manager make feel i am the 1% unlucky
The service manager make feel i am the 1% unlucky customer who has too many problems with a new 2025 Acura mdx technology package, and he said is normal to have too many problems with a brand new car, instead to show some some empathy and understanding for my frustration and disappointment for all this issues in a 56 thousand dollars brand new car Also I spent 8 hours in the car dealership because they were fixing something in my car just to leave and find the same day at home that they left a lose part on my car.
