I was referred to this location from my very first visit I was pleased with how they treated me with excellent treatment the entire staff.

Purchased 2022 Acura Mdx tech package , service was good upon purchasing considering we put 23k down . They also recommended and sold us the wheel and tire protection package however a couple days later decided I want to cancel the tire protection plan . Now trying to contact the finance personnel for assistance over the phone , answers and tells us will work on removing it and will get back to us or either call back . We continue to call and goes to voicemail and mailbox full. Next day call back to answer then when we do get an answer never calls back . This seems to be an ongoing issue with back and forth and not getting resolved . I insisted to have the plan removed before going into pro rated state and it seems like that is all they want to happen . Finance personnel stated the bank would need to process and finalize the paperwork in order for him to cancel the plan here it was 1 month later and statements are already sent for payment and no results from dealer regarding cancellation of the wheel and tire plan . Will need to go and make the drive myself to the dealer to resolve this issue. Dealer customer service could be better and prompt quick to complete sale without the customer support there after .
