New car purchase

Good experience in selecting car. Sales person was very knowledgeable. Fair number of automobiles to choose from. Only negativity is that the whole process takes too long

First time buyer

Hello, My name is Terrance and I am looking to buy a car. To cut to the chase, My down payment is $10,000 and I wanted a Honda Accord Coupe EX-L First, I talked to someone named Barbera and was asked to fill out an (secure) online credit application. I received a call shortly after doing so saying, "Come down and pick a car so we can continue." I arrive at Community Honda on 9/16/15 at 4:00 p.m. I was then asked (again) to fill out a credit application by salesman Stephan Ristovski . I questioned, why I needed to fill out a second application and was told because the first application was a pre application. I proceed to sign the second application and was asked to initial a part that had nothing to do with me, apply for joint account and later asked to sign for the car. I said, "Let me think about this and I'll get back to you." I now ask for a copy of the Credit Application I signed, but was told by Susan Jimenez, "Under the law (truth and lending act), I can not give you a copy of what you signed." Now, I don't know what business practices Community Honda uses but this is NOT LEGAL. I ask to see the application and clearly at the bottom of the page it says,"CUSTOMER COPY YELLOW" I then asked them to tear the application up. Once again, I was told, "I can't do that." I'm new to the car buying scene so I asked someone in your store about this, "lending act" and was told, "no you are supposed to get a copy of what you signed." as I already knew. Susan then walked over and handed me the AHFC copy of the application and told me to leave because I was harassing the customers. It's unfortunate that first time buyer's, looking to buy a car have to be treated this way.

I wanted a new Crosstour

The salesman Larry Patient lived up to his name. He was very accommodating and knew his product very well. He assured us that we would not regret buying this Honda. If ever a problem came up he reassured us the answer was only a phone call away. He answered all of our questions and concerns in detail. I would definitely recommend Larry Patient. Also, Greg in the Service Department was very accommodating.

Everything I wanted in a car.

The Salesman Larry Patient was great. He was very patient in waiting for me to decide when I would come in to return my leased car and to purchase another. He was honest, friendly, and very accommodating. I was able to get the exact car that I was looking for. This whole process was one of the best car purchasing experiences I have had in the 18 years that I have been leasing cars. I would highly recommend everyone to ask for Larry Patient when they are looking for a car.

Terrible People to Deal with VeryDisrespectful and deceitful

After a long internet negotiation I was told to come in and they would be the best price I had quoted from another dealer, I told them what it was and was assured the Manager had approved it. They were my local dealer so I wanted to give them the business all things being equal. After going in, I was put on another salesman that I had not dealt with at all and was told this was how it was done. We test drove the car and spent some time there then left for lunch. After lunch I returned with my daughter and wife with the intention of completing the deal. They brought the car around front and we sat in it and were ready to sign. I showed them the email from the GM of the other store that layed out the terms they were aware of and they already said they would beat. 5 minutes later the new salesman came back with a price that was significantly higher than the offer they said the would beat. He also accused me in front of my daughter and wife of deleting part of the email and leaving stuff out!! Needless to say I was done with this salesman and went into the GM's office. I went so far as to pull out my phone and show him the string of emails with the other Honda Dealer that showed all the conversations and terms negotiated. This was no surprise price, I told the internet salesperson the price and she assured me they would beat it when I came in. The GM pulled out his 99 cent calculator, pushed some buttons then left for a few minutes. When he returned he gave me another price still higher than the other dealers that they had said they would beat!! Needless to say I was furious and asked my wife and daughter to go sit in the car while I told them what I really thought of the way I was treated. I left the dealership and went to the other dealership which was 30 minutes farther away and got the car the next day for the terms I was quoted. The next day I called the internet salesperson whom I never got to meet to tell her what had happened and she was appalled and embarrassed! Do yourself a favor and shop at a more reputable Honda Dealership that will not do anything to get you in and lie to you and not honor their word!! ZERO STARS!

Dissatisfied customer

I've attempted to purchase a 2015 CR-V at the dealership only to have the original salesman call to a meeting right as we were going to discuss the price of the vehicle, which I found highly unprofessional, considering the original salesperson did all the work. That ended the deal and I purchased the same exact vehicle and another dealership without one problem . Second I brought in my other vehicle recently at 8:30am for maintenance and was told it be ready in 3 to 4hours, then i was told they didn't have the parts and would have to send out for them. Finally I was told my car wouldn't be ready until the next day, but not to worry the mechanic was almost finish and it would be ready first thing in the morning.When I didn't get a call that morning I finally had to call and was told the mechanic hadn't done the work he thought was done, but the car would be ready soon. Finally after a few more calls on my part I FINALLY got my car back at 4pm. Almost 2 days for a few repairs!!! Never again will I bring my car in for service to Community Honda.

Quick Service

I was a little nervous going to Community for service, as I had never been there before, but all went well. I went early on a weekday earlier in July and had no issues whatsoever getting in and out in a reasonable time. They honored my service coupon for an oil and filter special, and all service advisors I dealt with were friendly.

absolutely phenomenal

I made an appointment on Wednesday afternoon for the next day to view a vehicle, Natalie was very polite and helpful in setting that up. When I got to the dealership I met with the sales manager Dan and he put me in touch with Wayne who was the most laid back person ever. I was in and out in no time with a brand new Pilot off the showroom floor. The staff is beyond professional and friendly and I would highly recommend community to any and everyone. Be sure to ask for Wayne.

Community Honda is # 1

I dread shopping for cars but obviously it has to be done. I went to Community Honda and they fulfilled all my needs and I bought from them yesterday. The sales rep...Larry Patient was outstanding and I will be referring any and all people I know.
