Thank you, Larry Patient!

My wife and I generally dread the car buying experience. But this time, we could not have had a better car buying experience thanks to our salesman, Larry Patient. Larry LISTENED to what WE wanted. No high pressure, no slick sales tricks. He's a real person who talked to us like we're real people, too, not just customers. He was extremely knowledgable about the cars, and answered all our questions and concerns. When they start cloning people, I hope they begin with Larry! The Finance man, Bill Conroy, was also a pleasure to work with.

GREAT EXPERIENCE AT COMMUNITY HONDA!!

I am not much of a website reviewer but I had to tell everyone about the great experience my wife and I had at Community Honda. This is a top notch dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new Honda or a used car. My wife called in to inquire about a 2012 Honda Odyssey that was posted on their site. She spoke with Barbara who was very open and honest with her about the car, price, etc. So, I went in the next day (3/13/2015) and spoke with Steve Diaz DeLeon (salesman). Steve was great from our first interaction. He was upfront and honest and really made our experience top notch. We went on a test drive and I knew that it was the car for us. I explained to Steve how we were not treated well at Planet Honda so that is what brought us to them today. He assured me that I would be happy with my experience and that I would be treated right at Community Honda. He was right. So, after the test drive, we started the dreaded negotiation process, which I was not looking forward to at all. Steve made it so easy and we were able to agree on a price within 20 min or so. Throughout the process I had some interaction with Ryan (Sales Manager) and he couldn't of been any nicer. We were able to pick up the van later that day since my wife wasn't able to be there in the morning with me. When we were overlooking the van we noticed a little scratch and Steve went right in and ordered us some touch up paint. After we got the van home I noticed that the wireless headphones weren't included. I called Steve and after checking around he called me back to let me know that the headphones were nowhere to be found. So, get this, he is actually personally ordering them for us. What dealer do you know who would personally order 2x of wireless headphones for a customer. I would highly recommend Steve, Ryan and the rest of the Community Honda dealership to anyone who is looking for a new Honda or a used car.

Great price, friendly people to work with

We were given a great price and a good trade in value for our vehicle. Our salesman, Larry gave us great follow through during and after the sale of our Mini-van.

Purchased used car

This is very good dealer in Orland park and all sales men is very respectful and they give a very good deal on car we like Larry patient sales men he is good on sales pls find a larry and he give a best price to buy car we save almost 4500 dollar in Honda car Larry is great sales men

Very Happy Customer

I just purchase a 2015 Honda Pilot from Community Honda. The salesman was Dan Castorena. This was absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. Even the dreaded "Paperwork Guy" was great. I can't speak for the other salespersons, but I can state emphatically that Dan was Wonderful. He was also very knowledgeable about the Pilot and explained everything to us in great detail. Even after the deal was closed and we had the car, Dan was more than willing spend as much time necessary to teach us anything we needed to know about the car and told us to feel free to come back at any time we had any questions whatsoever. Dan wasn't the only one we dealt with, everyone was very pleasant and couldn't be more helpful ... and there was absolutely no pressure at all. Naturally, I highly recommend this dealer and especially suggest you ask for Dan

Specific Car

We were looking for a very specific trim level, color and low mileage car. We were happy to find it specifically at this dealership. Though the transactions took almost 5 hours it was worth it. We greatly appreciated the care and conversation we got from Jake in Finance. Sue and Steve were good for booking the appointment and negotiating the sale.

Unprofessional

We went to the Community Honda dealership in Orland Park for the "Happy Honda Days" sale. Nobody greeted us as we walked in and we couldn't figure out who worked there because we didn't see anybody with a uniform or nametag on, so we didnt know who to ask for help. Granted they were busy but I would expect at least one person to ask us if we were being helped or not and try to find us somebody who can help us if possible. We were finally approached after about 20 minutes. The salesperson was very nice up until what seemed to be a VIP customer walked in. After that, we were put on hold so that they can go "talk to the manager about getting us a better price for our trade". They finally came back about 30 minutes later with our keys in hand, basically kicking us out without an explanation. It was obvious they wanted to go help that VIP customer and we were a waste of time. Needless to say, we will never be doing business with this dealership.

Wonderful car shopping experience

Top notch customer service at Community Honda in Orland Park. If you ever decide to purchase a car there make sure you see Wayne Thompson, Ryan Marlow and Barbara Lloyd - thery're an awesome team. Make you feel like family, I can't wait to make another car purchase.

2015 CR-V EXL

Jim Lojas was my salesperson. I cannot say enough good things about Jim, other than I highly recommend you deal with and purchase your new/used car from him. This is my 3rd card from Community Honda and I plan to continue to recommend them to family and friends.
