Terrible Experience ? Would Not Recommend I had a truly disappointing experience with Sawgrass Infiniti. On July 26th, I purchased a used VW Atlas from them and traded in my Escalade, which had a higher value than the vehicle I bought. I was promised a check for the difference?$3,500?which I still have not received two weeks later. To make matters worse, the vehicle they sold me has turned out to be a money pit. It needs new brakes, front CV axles, and all new tires?repairs that total thousands of dollars. When I brought these issues to the dealership?s attention, they completely refused to take responsibility or cover any of the costs. This has been a frustrating and costly experience. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero customer care. I strongly urge others to avoid doing business with Sawgrass Infiniti.

I have owned 2 Infiniti Q50s over the last 10 years from Sawgrass Infiniti. The sales team and the service team are both top notch. I have had the same service rep for 10 years and will miss her. My sales associate has been there as long too. You can tell a good dealership by the tenure of their staff.
