Te dan una cita para servicio con una hora pautada y te dejan esperando como si fueras un mueble, NO EXISTE CUSTOMER SERVICE...no hay respeto por el tiempo de la gente, te dicen que la hora de la cita "no es para atenderte sino para garantizar que te atiendan" (que invento es este?)...puro blabla...prefiero seguir yendo a Toyota Kendall o Homestead, pues aunque Doral me queda cerca es EL PEOR Dealer...despues de 1 hora y 35 minutos de haber llegado, nadie había tocado mi auto...cuántas horas se necesitan para hacer un servicio? 4? Eso es ineficiencia absoluta! cambien su sistema y muestren más respeto por el cliente. Intenté hablar con el Manager Tony pero no fue posible. NO VAYAN A ESTE DEALER 👎

Took the car in for maintenance and an AC repair, left
Took the car in for maintenance and an AC repair, left with a half working car with a brake replacement that I never asked for or needed. Not only that, they lied and said that I was the one to ask for the brake replacement. After one week of holding my car, I finally got it back, to which I had constant error messages firing at random times. It turns out that their horrible work done on my brakes was causing my car to malfunction to the point where the brakes were barely even working anymore. I had to take my car to another dealer in Miami to actually get proper work done and fix the issues that they themselves inflicted on my car. Not to mention that the mechanics took stuff from my car and hid my registration card. All I can say is good luck if you want to take your car for service or any sort of business with this shady dealership.

Unprofessional and rude staff
I would like to share my recent experience at Doral Toyota. I unfortunately had to go to the dealer to get my car fixed, and what I encountered was a very unprofessional and rude staff at the Service Desk and Parts Department. I felt I was being taken advantage of, I was trying to order a part for my car and what I got was the wrong parts at a higher rate, higher verbal estimates, and overall I felt overwhelmed and really stressed. The only person who was very helpful, honest, ethic and professional was Mr Larry Dueñas, who truly valued me as a customer and did everything on his power to make sure I was getting the right estimate and proper service. I am very grateful to Mr Dueñas because without his assistance, my car would not have gotten fixed. Thank you for your help Mr Dueñas.
