Auto Nation Coral Gables is a very well run establishment and the sales person who sold me my car, Arturo Riofrio, was extremely efficient, patient in answering my many questions and courteous throughout the several hours I spent making the purchase. To be honest I had no intention to buy the same day and was planning to shop around afterwards but I became convinced that I was getting a good buy from a reputable dealer and it wasn't worth extra time to do this--mostly due to Arturo. Arturo was the first salesman to contact me and did so by phone after my internet query so he really was on the ball and set up an appointment right away. ( I heard from many others by email. which I didn't see until later. He was smart to take time to make the phone call !)

I had a very good experience on my last visit to the dealer, I have to say that I made a lot of phone calls to Freddy Llerena before I decided to get the car, he was very nice all the time and answers all my questions , thanks that I decided for the Cruze instead another car.

People should do, work for the customer and they did this very well, all through the whole process they worked for me, all I had to do was to sit and watch as they worked to get me close to my numbers and to be happy with the result, I was.

I know what is good for the business, and I know what is good for the customer. Mr. Rau excels in each category.
