My experience w/Mercedes-Benz of Ft.

My experience w/Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Launderdale was not very good. From the get-go getting the vehicle from Houston seem to be a big problem. When I was told it would arrive, it didn't. Finally, the sale person said I could pick the car up on a Saturday or Sunday. I said I prefer Monday. I went Monday and told the car wasn't ready and come back later. Finally, after several trips to the dealership, the car was finally ready. The car so far, seems to be very good. I just wished buying it wasn't such a big problem. I wouldn't recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Lauderdale to any of my friends.

Lack of follow up

Horrible no follow up transferred tag at purchase 7 weeks later no transfer has taken place and my drivers license is being suspended . Additionly 11 days after purchase had problems with vehicle & never received any assistance, no call back from the sales manager! Advised car is as is - what happened to the 90 day auto nation warranty?

Buy Mercedes

Upfront pricing should not change after finance becomes involved. This appears dishonest. More transparency is needed. For this reason I will not buy another Mercedes. I thought about walking out on the deal.

Horrible Experience

Mr. Barnett is an 89 year old with some dementia. I am the durable power and life partner. I sent Mr. Barnett and his care giver to take the car in for service. They called the care giver at 4:30 pm on a Friday. Both Mr. Barnett and Jacquie went to pick up the car. When they arrived they were informed that they lost the key to the car. Mr. Barnett at the age of 89 and his caregiver were left outside on the curb with no assistance. They were not even invited in to sit down. By the time I had to get involved Mr. Barnett missed his very important 5 pm medication. When I called the service manager to tell them to get them into a rental car asap, they informed me that they were unable to do this and had to talk to the manager. By the time this was all handed it was well after 6 pm before Mr. Barnett and his caregiver returned back to his home. This type of treatment for an elder with medical conditions is absolutely insane and inhumane� I had to keep calling the following week to see if they found Mr. Barnett's key. No one once called me to tell me what was going on. I would NEVER buy a car from this establishment again. On top of it Mr. Mike Jackson and Alice Jackson was one of our neighbors and at one time a client of mine.

I decided I wanted a new car 🚗 🤷🏾‍♀️🤣... So, I told Raul, my sales guy to give me 24 hours to sleep on my decision since I had to do further research on the car I had my 👁🧐 on & compare extended warranty with another vehicle elsewhere... Well, Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale kinda made it easier when we entered into negotiations to give me more $ for my Infiniti G37.
