I won?t mention any names of those who assisted me. However, the first man who didn?t want to sell me the car and wasn?t willing to do anything to make sure my family was satisfied has no place in this dealership. I?m very glad we ended up with the next sales manager, and I?d also like to thank the finance specialist and everyone else who took part in the process. We are happy Range Rover owners, so respect to all of you.

I dropped my car off on March 27, 2025 after many calls

I dropped my car off on March 27, 2025 after many calls it took almost three weeks to get a diagnostic done on my GL 450. I picked my car up on 04/18/25. It was difficult to contact service advisor Tiffany Ellis, she returned my calls days later. I even received another client's confidential paperwork driver's license insurance information paperwork instead of my own. This was one of the worst experience I've had with a dealership. Some of the issues wrong with my truck was not sent to the third party warranty Company. The dealership advertise a complimentary car wash after every service and I was told by Tiffany that it was washed. upon picking up. my truck and it was not washed. I will never recommend Mercedes fort Lauderdale location services to anyone.
