Jay was very friendly and efficient with my needs, answering questions promptly and keeping very personal throughout the transaction.

Sloppy repair job took almost 3 weeks. First salesman made promises that didn't happen. Waited 2 weeks to get to a test drive, and the car was still not even washed and had multiple issues. Was promised everything would be done by next time I visit but still received a car with issues. 2/5.
