The experience at Auto Show and Service was excellent. Very professional, not pushy and and they follow thru with what they tell you they will do for you. Great service from Marvin Hernandez. We will be buying from him again in the very near future.

Joe is a liar and deceitful. Do not trust this salesperson. He told me I got approved for a 2017 blue Toyota Corolla and all I needed was 500 dollars down. I brung all my paperwork and everything even had a consigner. Come to find out no one did anything. Joe didn't do a xxxx thing. Why make me bring papers and money of the next thing you are telling me is that you can't get me that car. I EVEN GOT MY MOTHER TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS PLACE SO JOE CAN GET CUSTOMER WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE . I TOLD EVERYONE NOT TO GO ANYMORE. EVERYONE, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SALES PERSON HIS NAME IS JOE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST HIM YOU WILL REGRET IT. He's a LiAR HE WILL LIE TO YOU LIKE NOBODY's BUSINES. HE DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP TO WORK A COUPLE OF TIMES BECAUSE HE KNOWS WHAT HE DID. DO NOT LET THIS MAN HANDLE YOUR STUFF. HE TOLD ME I NEEDED 6 BANK STATEMENTS. IVE NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE THAT ASKED ME FOR 6. JOE IS A LIAR. AFTER HE WORKS WITH YOU HE WILL TELL YOU HE HAS A FAMILY EMERGENCY THEN HE WILL SAY HES GONNA CALL YOU AND NEVER DO. AVOID JOE LIKE THE PLAGUE. IM WARNING EVERYONE OUT THERE THAT GOES TO THIS DEALERSHIP. HES VERY SNEAKY AND SUSPICIOUS DO NOT TRUST THIS SALESPERSON. HE IS LIKE A DOG THAT SLOBS ALL OVER HIS DESK WAITING TO GET YOUR MONEY. I PRAY FOR ANYONE THAT WORKS WITH JOE CAUSE TOUR GONNA NEED ALL THE PRAYER IN THE WORLD. BLESS THIS MAN CAUSE I DONT EVEN BELIEVE HOLY WATER WOULD WORK ON HIM. IF YOU WANT JOE AS YOUR SALES PERSON GOOD LUCK You are GOING TO NEED IT. THIS MAN DOESNT GET ANYTHING DONE. LAZIEST SALES PERSON IVE EVER SEEN.

I purchased a BMW which is a high ended car, I noticed it needed 2 tires. I asked my salesman could they replace them, he told me to come in the next day and they will change them for me. Upon returning the next day I spoke with the manager he said that they could not replace them. My thoughts on purchasing a BMW at least they should've put new tires on.

Marvin was my salesman he was very personable great work ethic. I was very happy with my experience. I went in looking for a new car and I'm very happy with my new Lexus. I will definitely will be referring him to more people.
