great service,great customer service

I would like to thank David Benitez for his excellent customer service in helping me selections and paper work. His expertise has helped me expedite such a personal purchase for me and my family. The process was smooth as possible he was courteous and resource full. I also would like to thank TJ for all of his patience he had with me test driving so many cars he was courteous knowledgeable and pleasant. Poor follow-up on a after-sale issue

My initial experience and the car itself were satisfactory, but when it came to follow-up on an outstanding issue, I couldn't get resolvement, resulting in me spending 200 bucks to obtain a spare key. There was only a single electronic key with the truck and I was told that the spare was held off-site for safety reasons. I would get it at the time I was going to receive the permanent licence plate. At this time and after insisting, they admitted there was no spare key, probably because the car was a repo. They sort of offered to pay for a replacement key, but several calls did not result into action or response. The truck is great but this aftersale service was very poor, hence be careful dealing with them.

Great Price, Great financing!

Bought a 2011 Ford Escape XLT, super nice truck, really great financing ( i don't have good credit at all) David carter helped me get in this vehicle without the usual drama or games! Thanks Dave!

Very Unprofessional and Poor Customer Service

I emailed them about a car and wanted to offer cash for the vehicle. They told me that they could not fax me a document with all the numbers on it because of company safety. That is a big red flag. Then I was talking to 2 different sales people on the car and one said they were a manager and said the other should not offer a price. Very very suspicious business practice. Do not waste your time.

Rude & Shady

Don't waste your time with these guys, you're better off going to a real car dealership. The guy I dealt with was very rude and very negative & a total turnoff. Even though they had the best price for the car I wanted, I decided not to go with them because I didn't trust them. If you're interested in one of their cars that's priced too good to be true, look into it further and you will most likely find something wrong with it. If you're going to buy a car from them, I just would like to wish you the best of luck and I hope your car does not fall apart.

For three weeks we discussed purchasing the car and had...

For three weeks we discussed purchasing the car and had agreed on a price. We drove 4 hours one way to pick up the car. Once there we looked at it and test drove it. Immediately I noticed that the some of the pictures we were sent were not of the actual car. I overlooked this and still went forward with the purchase. Already pre-approved by our own credit union, we still sat there for three hours while they got their paper work together. We signed all the forms including the contract and all disclosures. The purchase order was sent to our credit union and the credit union called us and said everything had gone through and we could now take the car. We even added the vehicle to our car insurance. Right before leaving, the sales person came out of the office, threw the papers on the desk and said he could not sell us the car unless we paid an extra $500. They did not care that we had traveled so far, 4 hours one way, had waisted money on gas and time away from running our business. I asked to speak with the owner which is who they stated was refusing to honor their agreement and he would not come out to speak with us. They said that maybe if we gave them until the next day, they could work something out. Reluctantly, we decided to wait till the next day and rented a hotel room. The next morning we called as soon as they opened at 9 am. They had us wait and at 2:00 pm finally told us that there was nothing they could do and that was it. There should be things in place to protect consumers from dealerships that renege on their agreements. They should be held to higher standards. I hope that they learn to run an honest business and take consideration of their customers. Some customer service training is much needed. I would never recommend this dealer. In fact I hope to warn others from doing business with them. Maybe I could help them save some time, money and heartache.
