I ordered a 2024 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid thru AutoNation Valencia, and picked it up at the end of March. The process was clear and quick. Much appreciate the excellent support from Jason Price, who handled everything knowing exactly what was needed, and what questions I might ask. The financial officer, Jonathan was very knowledgeable pf the extensive paperwork required, and made the process smoot and painless. I was apprehensive of going thru the car purchase thru the dealership, from prior experiences of other purchases at different dealerships, and was happily surprised how painless this time was. It also helped that I ordered online, and was prepared for the MSRP payment.

Sales personnel great. Financial guy not great. High pressure to buy warranty. Dishonest that I had to buy the scratch protection and insurance to take off tree sap.

We visited a Ford dealer prior to going to Autonation Ford and all they wanted to do was get us into a new Ford or a preowned or cheaper vehicle instead of allowing us to buy out our lease, which is what my husband wanted to do in the first place but they told us, no we would have to put down thousands of dollars and we would be at a $900/mo payment which was almost $300 more than what we were paying on the same truck. I was not having it and called a different Ford dealership (Autonation) where they said come on in and we will take care of you and that they did. We explained we just want to buy out our lease for the time being and they made it happen and kept us at our lease payment. The process was so easy and quick, exactly what buying a car experience should be like. I highly recommend checking them out for your car buying experience and ask for Willy for the best possible service!

They were helpful and knowledgeable. Would have liked if they tried to add on less dealer charges, but it all worked out in the end.
