I will never visit Napleton's service department again. I brought my truck in with a minor rear view mirror and I left the dealership with no backup camera. The service department was incompetent and rude. Bad combination.

I have been trying to get a part for my 2015 Dodge Journey since November 5, 2024. My vehicle is inoperable until the ABS Control Module comes in! I'm so disgusted! Time to contact a lawyer.

I JUST LEFT THE DODGE RAM DEALERSHIP ON NORTHLAKE BLVD. IM A DIE HARD DODGE RAM CUSTOMER I REALLY TAKE PRIDE IN MY DODGE RAM. I SPOKE TO A GUY BY THE NAME OF RAHEEM MCGOWAN IN WHICH I WAS TRYING TO GET MY BATTERY SWITCHED OUT FOR THE 36th MONTH REPLACEMENT. WHEN MY RAM NEEDS TO BE SWITCHED I TAKE IT DIRECTLY TO THAT LOCATION NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANYONE THERE I WAS ALWAYS TREATED NICE THE WAY A PERSON THATS SPENDING SHOULD BE I USUALLY GO TO A GUY NAMED MIKE IN WHICH HE IS AWESOME AT HIS JOB I ALWAYS LEAVE HAPPY AND THE CONVERSATIONS ARE RESPECTABLE. TODAY I HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AS I STATED A GUY NAMED RAHEEM MCGOWAN TREATED ME LIKE xxxx AS IF I DIDNT HAVE A DODGE TRUCK PARKED OUTSIDE WAITING TO BE CHECKED OUT. I INFORMED HIM THAT I GOT THE BATTERY FROM THE DEALERSHIP AROUND THE TIME MY WARRANTY WAS UP SO HE TELLS ME HE DOESNT SEE IT IN THE COMPUTER THEN TALKS TO ME LIKE IM LYING ABOUT THE BATTERY I DID NOT LIKE THIS EXPERIENCE BECAUSE I’VE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS AT THIS DEALERSHIP ITS WRONG MY WHOLE DAY IS RUINED NOW I CANT BELIEVE THIS GUY CAN TREAT A PAYING CUSTOMER LIKE THIS IM HURT AT THE MOMENT BUT I WILL BE OK SO I SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE GUY MIKE IN WHICH HE TREATS EVERYONE WITH IMPORTANCE I STARTED TO GO OVER THIS GUY RAHEEM HEAD TO SPEAK TO THE BIGGER BOSS BUT HOPEFULLY HE SEES THIS REVIEW BECAUSE HE NEEDS TO TREAT CUSTOMERS DIFFERENTLY OR PEOPLE WITH TAKE THEIR MONEY ELSE WHERE. I was driving to work on a Tuesday, I received a message
I was driving to work on a Tuesday, I received a message to service my transmission. When I got to work I did a little more reading on the error and it said not to drive the vehicle. I called the number for my extended warranty. They said to call the dealership and make sure that they wanted my vehicle for the service. I called the dealership, I was told that I could have an appointment Wednesday at 11:00, was that good. I said it was OK, I had no vehicle so the sooner the better. She (Mary) asked me to hold on. She came back and said that she got a waiver for me and my appointment was now Tuesday at 12:00. The towing company had my vehicle there by 11:00 on Tuesday. The next two days were just filled with ignoring me. On Wednesday I received a call at 15:08 that they were looking at my vehicle and they would get back to me. This is now 27 hours after my appointment. No response after that. No answers on Thursday. I got a hold of them at 13:00. This is now 50 hours past my appointment and they told me that someone was getting ready to look at my car now. Twenty-two hours after they told me that someone was looking at my vehicle. I finally heard back from them at 18:30. 54 hours after my appointment. I was told that it was good that I brought it to them, which I was told that I had to, but it is a GMC and I purchased it used at the Chrysler, Jeep, Ram dealership, and they cannot figure out what is wrong, so Friday they are going to bring it to the Chevrolet dealership so they can fix it. So now it is Friday. Almost 70 hours after my appointment, third day of a rental car, and now they are going to bring it to someone else to fix.

I contacted them and was sent to 3 different salespeople of which none of them bothered to ask what the last one was told. Finally, a sales mgr. contacted me, so I gave him a specific offer and told him not to call back if he didn't come close to my offer. Then again, I was sent to another salesperson who had no clue of my offer. No one listened to what I was saying and carried on with their own agenda.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel deceived by the sales team that negotiated for a lease with 12,000 miles /year and then prepared the fine print lease for 10,000 miles/year. When I realized the error and inquired, I was told there was nothing that could be done. When I challenged that, I was told by sales manager Marcos that he would talk to the GM and get back to me. Weeks later and after multiple phone messages I am being ignored and ghosted. I love the Jeep product, have acquired many over the years, but will definitely not use this dealership again for purchase or service as they have shown me they are not honorable or trustworthy.
