Problem turned to happy loyal customers
Wife an I drove across state from Tampa to pick up a car purchased online. Car was not to our satisfaction and our salesperson was not responsive. Another sales person Nicholas Tharp and his manager Jeffrey Abramowitz stepped in found us another vehicle and because of our drive put us in a local hotel. They made us long term customers and recommend using the two of them when you go there.

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever Deceiptful
Purchased a truck in September 2022. After arranging my own financing and being told they could “work with that”, after arriving(4hr Drive), I was told that they couldn’t accept it and was given and interest rate 2% higher thru their financing. With the finance manager, I declined the extended warranty because the truck was still under warranty and I had no intention of keeping it beyond that time. After making the down payment I was given a share drive and told all paperwork was on it. After arriving home and checking the SD, I realized that no ppwk was on it regarding the actual purchase or financing of the truck. I reached out to NPBA and they intentionally did not respond or provide the purchase docs until 4 days later. It was then that I realized an extended warranty and tire warranty had been added against my wishes. I have sent an email to the finance manager requesting a refund on the warranties, but there has been no response. Lesson learned, but I will never do business with them again and I highly recommend that no one else do either.
