They had a falsely advertised Honda crv at $13,990.00 on carfax. Wasted my time in sending me a video, talking to me and answering my questions waiting for me to make an appointment the next day to be told oh the car is actually $18K. They say carfax has inaccurate info and that’s false because I verified the price with the sales lady yesterday and she told me it’s their practice to price cars lower than competitors within 500 miles. What a waste of time and lies. Avoid!

These scam artists hate nothing more than a no-nonsense
These scam artists hate nothing more than a no-nonsense buyer. Walked in, said I’d take one of the 19 same year same model same color vehicles sitting on their lot. Simple, I’ll just buy it right now. The only condition was removing a ridiculous dealer addition sticker marking up the price by $9,998. Got the runaround, of course. Everything went totally down hill dealing with (read the reviews to get a sense for how many they’ve had) the GM and “service” team (Jeff, the most miserable human I may ever have met, might have been the absolute worst). Zeke, a service “professional” refuses to be honest and documents services that aren’t even performed while having calls go to his personal cell, which has a voicemail indicating he is a realtor. Jeff, GM, will threaten you and say he’s “lifelong best friends with the regional GM, so who do you think they will believe?” Dealer will allow field techs to drive a brand new vehicle 100 miles and out of the county through $9 in tolls to “recreate a technology issue” on a brand new MDX tech with issues other dealers are already posting about on message boards. Its like they screw with customers for sport. Avoid these jerks at all cost. It’s because of them that I cannot WAIT to be rid of my brand new MDX that still has a service package and warranty. It’s not worth it.

Dealing with Napletons Palm Beach has been an absolute pleasure! I’m in love with my Acura Integra Aspec w/ technology package. After other dealers and awful experience, we reached out to them seeing exactly the car of my interest. I got a call from Luis Flores sales manager and made an appointment, shortly thereafter I received a text with an introduction to “Ellio” who would be assisting us . When we arrived the car was waiting, tested it , loved it and went in for the deal. They worked well with us, Ellio is so friendly and comfortable to be around, he never made us feel rushed , Louis came and we sealed the deal. Everything was transparent and we paid what we offered. Ellio stayed with us with a phenomenal delivery of our car. I would gladly recommend this beautiful dealer ship if you’re seriously shopping for a car. You can shop with confidence there. Ellio was outstanding!

Was trying to purchase a Precision Certified 2024 RDX from this dealer. Found the vehicle on the Acura certified website with the pricing broken down to include: Sales Tax, Title Fee, Lein Record Fee, Registration Fee, Registration Service Fee, Plate Fee and mail Fee. The (Acura) website had a 'Total'. When I contacted the dealer and they sent me an OTD (Out The Door) price they added in a $899 "Dealer Fee", A $2,495 fee for the certification, a $129 Electronic Registration Fee, a $149 Pre-Tag-Agency fee, and a $199 Document processing Fee. Increasing the "Total Price" of the vehicle $4,256.93 from what was presented on the Acura website derived from their own information. I can understand maybe $500 difference or so but almost $4300? Typical bait and switch. The salesperson Michael Vargo said the price listed on the site was the "Base Price". Absolutely ridiculous - Local dealers Acura Website price and OTD price are within a few hundred bucks.
