Lied to us about pricing of car lease.

Lied to us about pricing of car lease. Did not tell us that it included after market items until we were in finance office. Finance person told us it was for customer retention. When we asked to have them removed told us they were in the pricing that we agreed upon with salesman I felt they were not up front with us and could have saved even more without these items. Apparently you have to buy after market items or you cant buy a car here. Salesman Joe was not that educated on tech items for car as well as car was not prepped and had to be re washed 2x's. When we got home car did not even have washer fluid. This is one customer they will not retain. Stay away. Does not even return calls.

24 RDX.

24 RDX. Made purchase late in the day. Got vehicle at 730pm drove home . All the staff at the dealership was great. Ernesto Bassam and Tyler The next morning I noticed. Dirty interior windows Car not waxed. Dirty hand prints on drivers inside door dirty door sills and dirty hatch sill. Roof had blotches on it. Tires not treated with shine. .happy with my purchase and the efficiency however car was not prepped for delivery to customer very well. Had to spend $70 on a detail. I’ll be looking for reimbursement

Went in for a simple oil change, check tire pressure and

Went in for a simple oil change, check tire pressure and tire rotation in preparation for an upcoming road trip. Tires were not rotated but I was still charged for rotation. When I got home, I looked at the bill and found the bogus charge. When I called and asked for reimbursement, I had to fill out a form and send copies of my driver license and credit card before I could get my money back. Also, no air was put in tires as requested. When I asked why, I was told the correct pressure would appear once I left the dealership and drove my car. I insisted on the correct tire pressure before I left the dealership, and I had to personally assist in putting air in my tires. All this and they still charged me over $100 for just the oil change!!

Run!

Run! Don't walk! Put a full price offer to purchase on a car. Got verification of the price and availability via email. Was told someone would call to complete the sale. 24 hours later no one called. Finally, someone from finance called. Told them I wasn't financing. He then laughed and said, " I'll have to find out if we can sell you the car at that price. We work off of Market Price and that was yesterday's price?!" Bizarre. Didn't think I was buying Catch of the Day. The FTC on April 7, 2022 made a determination that, "bait and switch” practices are unfair or deceptive trade practices and are unlawful under Section 5 (a) (1) of the Federal Trade Commission Act. “Bait and switch” is the advertising of a product without the bona fide intention to sell it, for the purpose of establishing contact with a prospective customer in order to induce or “switch” him to purchase another product. DON'T GO HERE.

Just leased a 2023 Acura RDX Tech Package. Sales team members Eilyn Zambrano and Mark Gawericki were exceptional. Both followed up on my calls and answered all my questions promptly, pleasantly and respected my time. Sales manager Jeff came through on his word. In addition, Ronnie White from the finance dept. was also a pleasure to work with. I had a great experience overall! My third car from Napelton's so far.

I haven't purchased a new vehicle in over 20 years,

I haven't purchased a new vehicle in over 20 years, needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive about going through the buying process. Jeffrey Abramowitz calmed my fears. To begin with, he was very welcoming and accommodating! Jeffrey values complete customer satisfaction as his number one priority! He refuses to allow a customer to walk out of the dealership without first ensuring that all issues and concerns regarding the vehicle have been resolved.
