Prence was great in showing me the car and trying to make
Prence was great in showing me the car and trying to make the process as seamless as possible. My issue was with the gentleman that handled my financing. I was sent an “exclusive offer” to trade in my 2022 civic to get into a new 2025 civic based on my mileage and that I would be over the allowed miles on the lease. When speaking to the finance guy he told me that the offer didn’t mean anything. I didn’t want to put more than $1500 down on a lease considering I could’ve gone to another dealership with another model car and spent a lot less on it. I ended up putting $2600 down and my payment still went up almost $100. I definitely have buyers remorse and this will be my last business with this dealership. I like Hondas but I know if I would’ve waited or shopped around I definitely would’ve gotten a better deal elsewhere. I won’t recommend or go to Braman in lake worth other than to get my oil change done, which is only good for a year as opposed to the full term of my previous lease. I feel like they got one over on me in finance and it left a bad taste in my mouth. After 10+ years with this dealership I won’t be back other than to turn in this lease in 3 years
