Gilbert Gil has been service manager for quite some time. Ive purchased 3 cars from this dealership and when my vehicles are brought in for service I normally take whoever I am given. But now I consistently request Gilbert as hes been tremendous to work with. He effectively communicates the work that needs to be done and is truthful if it really needs to be done. He provides phenomenal customer service.

Smooth experience
Negotiated everything through the phone. Text and call. Extremely simple and flexible. Got to the dealer and everything was like expected. I really recommend getting in touch with Chris (manager) to get the elite treatment.

Fix car
In 4 days I was twice try to fix my car. 1st time they check all good not see a problem, car not start in two days call twice AAA. Second time was my service advisor Gilbert Gil detect a problem and was fix in 45 minutes. Gil ONE THE BEST you have. Always on top and know what the problem. Excellent treatment
The service people are very attentive, listening to my concerns. The waiting area is comfortable, with newspapers, coffee and some snacks provided, others available in vending machines. Not at all and unpleasant experience.
