Fernando was very nice, cut to chase, no bs and listened to what I wanted. I wanted to pay cash and he didn’t keep trying to push me to finance. He kept his promise on getting parts of the used car cleaned to my expectations without asking twice. He asked me to come in the next day after the sale and already had the car to double check that all looked good and met his expectations. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car without hassle.

I recieved an offer in the mail to trade in my 2018 CR-V EX for a 2019 CR-V EX and reduce my monthly lease payment by $23. I visited my sales person from my previous purchase " Mario Henriquez" and he got me into an 2019 CR- V EX within 3 hours walk in to drive off. Great sales service.

After having a horrible experience at Napleton Hyundai, I called Braman Honda and Adil picked up. I told him what I wanted, my max, and not to waste my time. He was calm and professional and told me he was going to call me back in a few minutes with numbers and all the other information I needed. We purchased a CRV from Braman Honda. Cexso Rodriguez (Sales Consultant) was very professional. I came to the dealership about 3 weeks prior to purchasing the car. By the time I returned back with my husband I knew I will look for Cexso to help us out again mainly because he was always willing to help yet he was not rushing me to make a decision. He had already gave me all the info I was looking for but was not overwhelming to make a sale. We felt he wanted us to be satisfied with our choice. We went in with a budget in mind. I wanted un upgraded to leather seats so him and Andres Olaya (Sales and Leasing Associate) work out a great deal for us. I gave only 4 stars for only that the car wash service isn't provided along with the service. It would be pleasant but for me it isn't critical. I have much closer another Honda service but nevertheless I'm ready to spend excess 20 min to reach Braman Honda due to their friendly and competent staff. Though, I cannot get shuttle service due to long distance to my site I use Braman Honda service anyway.
