Our experience with the finance sector was quite worrisome: Unlike other car dealers we visited, who were straightforward with the interest rates/APR; long wait to talk to the person from finance (more than 1 hour); confused information about checking credit scores, no response of emails about complains and condescending in answering questions and clarify concerns. Do not buy from here

Just the Best!
Our time at Bramen Honda was wonderful! Carlos Puerta and Andres Olaya had our best interests at heart and were able to get the car we loved at a price in our budget! We will definitely be back!!!

worst experience
My son bought a car at your dealership. He was treated horribly. The finance person lied and assured him of certain things then revoked them. Questiioned my sons citizenship.. Told him he needed to bring in his papers. WTH???? And in typical fashion my review is not being posted . The posts that are not Charistic of this dealership are...

Very satisfied. I made my appointment for 9 am on a Monday morning and when I arrived I was concerned since there were lot of people getting oil changes too. My oil change was completed quickly and I didn't have to wait forever due to the number of oil changes being done.

New Car Lease
Service from Ricky our salesman was five-star outstanding and exceptional. He was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and patient. He found the right car for the right price. He actually drove to our house on his day off to deliver the new car and to complete explaining how to use the new car utilities. The purchase process itself was too long. We arrived at 2 pm and did not leave until 8:30 pm. A last minute problem necessitated providing us with a courtesy car until the following day. There isnt a comfortable place to sit for the transaction. We moved from one area to another on high benches or waited in the customer lounge.
