Ive been coming to this Dealership for years. They were up front about the time it would take to do the repairs. Saying it would take about 2 hours or so. Within an hour they diagnosed the problem. Had a loaner ready for me since they had to order the part. And it was ready when they said it would be two days later. The car drives like new now. And was a very stress free process. Calling me along the way to give me updates. Best encounter yet here. Keep up the good work. I can tell theyre trying to improve and learn from past experiences. If you had a bad expiernce in the past, try them again. Talk to them. Theyll try to assist you for your needs.

This was my second experience with service. On this occasion it was without an appointment...repair of a punctured tire to right rear tire. When I drove in the service advisor told me how long the repair would take and what the cost would be. And work was done as promised.

Gilbert Gill is a great representative in the service department - he gets us in and takes care of the car immediately. Great customer service.

First I would love to give a BIG THANK YOU!!! to my salesman Martin for being the best, such hardworking salesman, honestly I walked into Braman Honda thinking oh man I'm here to waste my time but the results and process that were being made and taken was just proving all my thoughts and feelings about Failure wrong, also Martin had a team of other hard working individuals also with him who were my Financer Alverez, and our Insurance guy Sebastian and also two other individuals Ali Daye and John Montalo who also was real helpful and everyone in there also I would like to say were helpful with good customer service and very understanding with my situation which was making me think oh man this a waste of time, but my Boyfriend and I were blessed because Martin, His team that included Alvarez, Ali Daye, John Montalo, and Sebastian All believed in us and I also Thank them for all they have been doing and I rate that place The best place to go to other then other places because I've been turned down by a whole other ones but Braman Honda had my back and believed in us and because of them my boyfriend and I now have a nice, affordable car and insurance, and last we have a source of transportation to School, Work, Doctor's appointments and also was Blessed by God for sending such hardworking individuals to help us. I can't wait for when I'm buying my next car I hope Martin and everyone who helped me is still there and if not maybe new helpful hardworking people like these individuals.THANK YOU BRAMAN HONDA FOR SUCH SUCCESSFUL SERVICE!!!
