We were very lucky to have sales person Paulo Rossi as your representative of your Dealership. He did everything expected of an exellent sales rep. Made us at ease and asked whether we had already made a choice and we had. So, he took us for a test drive (Boet actually drove) and talked about some of the features. Once back at the Dealership, we sat in his office and he asked if we wanted something to drink. We both took coffee. He then solicited some questions we might have about the car: color, GPS, etc. and he answered all our inquiries. We then negotiated price, trade in, financing, etc. and came to an agreement. There was no presure, everything went very amicable and that we really appreciated. We then were introduced to Finance Officer: James Algeciras, who did all the paperwork. He too was very nice and explained all the details of purchase and financing. After all the paperwork was done, we did not take the CR-V that day, because a running board had to be attached. When we did pick up the CR-V all was in order. All in all, we were very satisfied with the purchase and Paulo Rossi, who to this day, has been very helpfull in assisting us with some features, how to work and implement them. Such as GPS, all doors open when put in park, etc. Our evaluation of this Dealership: EXCELLENT!!!! Sincerely, Willemina & Boet Gilde

My previous experiences with Braman Accord were barely satisfactory so it was only Mitchell's quick and complete response to my email inquires that caused me to reconsider. Later face to face dealings were equally impressive and his attention to detail was commendable. I can only hope that my future dealings with Braman are as satisfying as those with Mitchell.

Bought a car from Mitchell and needed it sent to the Caribbean. Mitch was there every step of the way answering to OUR needs and not his. He was professional in every way and I will even add that he was more than curteous. Bravo and two thumbs up Mitch!

Salemen Andy is excellent. He is friendly. Andy was patient during test drive process and compared new features of different trims. The color I want was not in stock. He worked with his manager to get one from another dealer without hesitation. Paperwork took kind of long, but that's not sale's job.

Mitchell is a very friendly, down to earth person and tries to be very fair with the customers. We were satisfied with the price we all agreed upon and felt it was very fair. He has much knowledge about the Honda's and explained all the "bells and whistles" very thouroughly to us. We bought a 2007 CRV in 2007 and had a very bad experience with the financial dept and we explained that to Mitchell and reassured us that he would do all that he could to make our car buying experience a good one and he stood behind his word. Sam was a great help when buying my car. I found all the necessary info online and knew just what I wanted. Sam was able to give me detailed information on the specific car, its background and options. The entire experience was relaxed and no pressure. I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend a friend to this dealership.

I asked specific questions about the Honda CR-V, they were answered with knowledge on the matter. We agreed on a price very suitable for me, and then they did not have the color I wanted but they got it. I also asked questions about buy vs lease, and it was very well explained to me.

I just went in to"buyout" my Honda. Thought it would be a simple process. Wrooong! After telling them numerous times I did not want to look at other cars, I was then forced to sit and wait with my 10 month old son for 2 hours while my car was being given a "safety check" which is required before I could do a buyout. The only problem they said was a broken outside lens for the parking light. Ok, fine. Is that all, I asked. Yes that was it. That was coming not only from my sales guy but as I walked towards the cafe area, I could hear a few other men(manager's maybe) saying she needs to get that light fixed, period. Well, not only did I purchase the headlight kit, I had my boyfriend install it at 10:00 that night so I could bring the car back first thing the next day and get it over with. Again, I enter Braman Honda of Greenacres with my 10 month old and 2 hours later, yes, that was 2 hours later they come back and say now my brakes have to fixed. What!!! Why didn't you tell me this yesterday when you had my car for 2 hours in the back, I asked. Well, we didn't check that far was their comment. Unbelievable!!! I figured they were stumped when I came back with the light fixed and they hadn't made any money off of me yet. When i asked to speak with a manager, they sent over the service manager, Gonzalez is his last name. When I asked him why no one mentioned the brakes the day before he said they didn't get that far. I said you had my car for 2 hours, wouldn't that have been one of the first things to get checked since it was a "safety check". His comment was, well that's our safety check, if you go and crash into a brick wall that's your problem. That's what he said to me as I'm holding my 10 month old son. Yes, he reduced to me to tears after that. What a heartless, cruel thing to say to a mother and her child. Well, they eventually did get more money out of me and 3, yes 3 hours later, I finally left that place with what little dignity I had left. You know that movie Snakes on a Plane, they filmed it in the wrong place. The real ones are located inside Braman Honda of Greenacres(Palm Beach).

My wife and I went to braman Honda to purchase a car. Our old car recently blew its head gasket so we really needed something immediately. Brandon our salesman sold us a 2003 Honda accord sedan. He told us that it was Honda certified and had never been damaged or in an accident. Our finance manager, Om Prakash explained to us our interest rate was something like 8.9% and if we purchased GAP Insurance, Honda would pay our insurance deductible for any insurance claim repairs. He even recommended that we change our deductible from $500 to $1000 like he did for his own vehicle. The next day, Om Prakash called us back because we needed to sign some more paper work. He told us that the previous financing was rejected and we needed to sign for a new rate of 16 %. We felt like we had no choice and we did sign it. Later I heard that this is a commonly practiced bait and switch tactic. A couple months later hurricane Wilma dropped a huge tree branch on the trunk. When I made the claim to Honda's gap underwriter I was surprised to find out that GAP Insurance that Om Prakash sold us only covers the deductible if the car is totaled. I feel that GAP is a great coverage but it was defined to us incorrectly. We still would have purchased it without the lies, but we would have kept our $500 deductible. Due to this, we had to shell out $1000 because of his misleading information. We called and left a message but after our first conversation about this issue, he became busy all the time. We have never heard from Braman Honda concerning this issue. Recently we took the car to car max to trade it in and was surprised to find out that the car had been repainted and there is evidence of damage on the cars front fender most likely from a care accident (this was before we got the trunk repaired and the evidence they found was on the front fender) this dropped the trade in value about 3000 dollars. Lexus, Coral Springs Honda, and Maroone Toyota all said the same. I don’t expect a resolution, and I just heard of this site. I would have written sooner if I knew. I purchased the car almost a year ago and want people to be aware of the despicable tactics that we fell for at Braman Honda on Lake Worth rd in Greenacres Florida. We have purchased from them before and I guess this is how they treat a loyal customer. Here goes a great link for spotting repair and repainting from previous damage that will dramatically lower cars value for resale. www.omegamotors.com/buylikeapro/4_howtobuy_step5.html
