The management were nice however every time I visit the

The management were nice however every time I visit the service dept I have issues with service advisor David Silverman. He is rude, he never returned phone calls or emails unless I complain to management. For that reason alone I will never bring my car back to the dealership if I have to deal with Silverman. One of my key fobs was not returned to me and Silverman called me a lier and I did not bring in 4 key fobs then Armando the manager advised that he did have my 4th fob so instead of Silverman questioning around if anyone had my key fob he called me a lyer in front of other people.
