I was greeted by Frank, my Service Consultant and we

I was greeted by Frank, my Service Consultant and we quickly took care of getting my Lyriq checked in and a loaner vehicle (since the work was to take most of the day). Also, I asked to have Luis, Sales Consultant to demonstrate the auto park capability of the Lyriq, which I hadn't been able to get to work. Luis and I drove to the rear of the lot, and he demonstrated the auto back-in parking and the pulling-out features... very nice. Additionally, Armando, the Assistant General Manager stopped by to say hello. And finally, when I came back on Saturday morning to pick up my vehicle, the interior and exterior were spotless. Overall, a very professional, personable and pleasant experience in having warranty work performed!

Every time we visit, we feel like we matter.

Every time we visit, we feel like we matter. The employees are extremely attentive and professional, never had to have any rework done by them, just everything about them is good. Ride to From quick turnaround extremely happy that that's why, even after you moved away, we still make the drive to you guys for the repairs on the Cadillac.
