one of the worst dealerships in the country.

one of the worst dealerships in the country. Bought a new Lyriq on Jan 6th and a 11.4 Kvh charger. Electrician said the charger could not be installed without about $2000.00 of Drilling thru exterior walls ( which I had to do) Wanted to return the charger but the dealership refused. The box was opened but charger unused. The salesperson Paul was excellent but dealership management is not customer friendly. Will advise all looking for a Cadillac to look at another dealership as this dealer just does not care

The Staff at Ed Morse Cadillac of Delray are

The Staff at Ed Morse Cadillac of Delray are professional, efficient, and genuinely care. Having been contacted by Samantha Perez that Ed Morse may have vehicles I may be interested, I wanted to see the availability of Cadillac XT 5 vehicles. I was introduced to Alan Berkowitz by Samantha. He walked me through the process. It started with a conversation, then physical inspections of various vehicles, and a few road tests. I chose a 2021 Cadillac XT5. Alan explained all processes I went through from vehicle extras to introducing me to Gio who wrote my loan. I highly recommend Ed Morse Cadillac of Delray Beach.

I had purchased my last 3 Cadillacs at what is now Sheehan in Pompano. i could not get them to respond to my inquiries so I tried contacting Ed Morse. Billy responded to my question and Paul took exceptional care to provide me a great experience. I will be giving my business to you in the future.
