The worst buying experience . I bought a certified preowned with 5000 miles. They said the car was better than new because they had gone through thoroughly. The car had an un-repaired recall that they had order the parts but never put a stop sale on the vehicle and sold it to me. I found out about the recall after I ran the vin. The recall stated that the wheel could un expectedly fall off and cause a crash .After the first day of owning the vehicle we noticed a thumping noise like something was broken in the suspension we called them and it was a holiday so they said their service was closed so we took it back the first chance we got and the they said the the sway bar need to be replaced. Also this vehicle is a 4xe jeep grand Cherokee and the battery would not charge it came up service electrical system. They told us the charger that came with the vehicle was an aftermarket charger which was causing the problem. So much for them checking the vehicle to make it certified pre owned. I bought another vehicle through them about four year ago and had no problems so I came back which is an hour away from my home. I’m sorry I did. I even have taken my jeeps there to get serviced. All the sale manger could say is sorry you had this experience and I glad that you didn’t get hurt ( by the car crashing unexpectedly due to recall)

they worked with me to make sure they did whatever it took to get me out the door in a new scat pack charger. they showed great hospitality and treated me like family. Felipe was great 10/10
