Scheduled a appointment for my ram trx dropped the truck off at 7:30am to look at a belt sqeak. No communication had to call multiple times didn't even know where my truck was in line after day 2 in the shop they still had no idea, very sad jerry ulm sales is very professional and on top of things service is worst ever dealt with and service manager Scott sat. In his office as I came to pick my truck up and wouldn't even come out and try and make it right vary sad. You would think purchasing one of there higher end vehicles they would try and be professional. Will not do business with them in the future.
