I can’t say enough great things about Justin!

I can’t say enough great things about Justin! We had a unique buying experience. We lost our cars during Helene. Then Milton came. I knew exactly what I wanted and he worked with me and got me the discounts I needed! I also sent him two referrals that purchased two vehicles as well! Justin was amazing to work with even in the midst of these hurricane challenges and gas shortage. I’m super happy with my Sahara Jeep Wrangler, one touch top! Justin has excellent communication skills and I appreciate that as I had a lot of questions. Jerry Ulm is very lucky to have him as part of your sales team! Go Justin! 🎉 thank you! Cindy W

We were only given one set of keys.

We were only given one set of keys. When I called again the next day to ask about the other set, they told me they would call me back. They still have not called. Plus my "certified" vehicle was missing two valve caps.

Not thorough with entering information on my paperwork.

Not thorough with entering information on my paperwork. Put all my information under my husband's phone number and email and my husband is not the buyer, not even on my paperworkas a buyer, They pulled information from the DMV and used that information to apply on the paperwork, which all of it was incorrect because it was old information. I gave them all the correct information about ME when we started, but they took it upon themselves to just add incorrect information just to hurry me out the door because it was late on a Friday evening. I did not feel like a valued customer, especially when I was told I was just one of 700 they push through in a month. I was promised extra perks while doing the deal, but it did not state on the paperwork. I will not buy another Jeep at this dealership. I shouldn't have to go back and correct all of my information because they didn't care to input it correctly from the start.

Quick and easy process.

Quick and easy process. Got exactly what I wanted for the best price. The nighthawk trim was an easy sell as well considering only a few dealerships have it.
