Ive been going here for years now and haven't had a bad experience yet. I'm the type that tends to stay away from dealerships because they seem like they're always just out to make a buck, but I've been nothing but happy with the prices and service provided by Jerry Ulm.

Took my truck in for a massive shaking in front end...(death wobble) and for recalls. They didn’t find the problem until the second time I brought it back. The mechanic left s small took in my steering wheel. The steering wheel was put back on improperly and I had to return a third time to have that corrected. i took my truck to a mechanic shop to have the death wobble fixed and paid 1/3 of the price. My truck had 8 recalls in 4 years.

I was very happy with the service dept. locating and fixing the issue with my Jeep. Ron W. was excellent, helping me get in and out, only being out my vehicle for a day.

Ron was fantastic. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. This was a Monday morning. They advised me of the issue and cost to repair. I did not have the money so I was charged $152 for the diagnostic service. I told Rob I would not have the money to complete the repairs until Friday (payday). He promised if I brought it back in on Friday my $152 paid would be credited towards the rest of the repair charges. Well I brought it back Friday morning at 7:30. Great shuttle service took me to work. Ron called just before noon and said it was ready. Shuttle came back to pick me up. The $152 was credited towards the repair as promised and it took less than 5 hours for me to get my car back. I’m very pleased with the service and cost and will be continuing to go back for future work.
