Came in looking for car. Sales guy asked if I was in because of internet pricing. I said no. He said car was valued at xxx dollars. Agreed on a price. Then saw internet price was 7000 dollars less than what he said it was. He went back to manager and he fudged numbers. Saved $120.00. He said the ppp+ proce was non negotiable. When he gave us 1st price the ppp price was $100. When he recalculate the lower price the ppp price was $2998. Moving numbers around to lower the price seems deceptive. Said the internet price was minus tax tag title and dealer fees. Not $9000 difference. We took the $120 discounted price because it was late and we were done for the night. Will think hard about buying from this dealership again. I have been a loyal Toyota owner for 30+ years

I have to admit that purchasing from this dealership was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very helpful, and I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase.

My contact was with Bryan all the time. He has excellent customer service and always explains to me everything. The tech inside was very clear with my concern and did a great job too. I love this dealer. I have been in others dealer but this on Tampa is more efficient.
