We went for an oil change. It took them two and a half hours to attend to us. It was very unpleasant to see how they attended to other people who arrived after us. I felt they treated us that way because we didn't accept any offers of extra services.

Derrick Howard took good care of me when my car had an unexpected issue when I was visiting Tampa. I called Toyota Service with Derrick picking up. I explained to him my issue, check engine light off with my car rumbling both in parked and in driving, one of my ignition coil needing to be replaced after I had it diagnosed at auto shop. I felt very reassured when speaking with him over the phone and was expecting my arrival shortly after. He explained to me what was going on with my car before and the entire process of my car being evaluated and handled while waiting for it. He is very knowledgeable, communicative, and am glad to have been taken care of by him. If future problems arise and am in Tampa, I will gladly work with Derrick again! Deserves a raise.
