My experience here was great! Staff is very friendly and helpful and getting my new car was a good experience this time around. I took my car in a week later for window tint and I must praise Dennis Murillo for his outstanding service from the moment I met him in the service department… his attention and follow thru was top notch and I look forward to seeing him for my service appointments in the future. He assured me that my experience and satisfaction with Toyota was important and that all I had to do was call if there were any kind of problems with my new purchase. I really appreciated him.

I went to have my battery replaced that was still on warranty. Earlier that day I had my tires hangs and was told my battery was bad. It had already been an unexceptional 3 hours for the tire. I am super grateful that I was able to get into toyota of tampa bay and get that battery replaced withing the hour of getting there since I was already so tired of waiting. Best service. Cant wait to go back for good reasons lol
