I was at Lexus for routine maintenance. Everything was fine except the car wash service wasn't available due to construction.
First class service and product. New and clean facility. Very helpful sales people, very accommodating.
Lexus of Tampa Bay
Zee Mhawej of Lexus of Tampa Bay was just awesome to work with. He was so helpful and answered all our questions about the vehicle. He even took the time to send us a video of the car since we were 500 miles away, in Pensacola! I would easily recommend my friends to go to Lexus of Tampa Bay and work with Zee Mhawej on their next purchase of a car. Thank you Zee!
I can say nothing but positive things about my salesman,
I can say nothing but positive things about my salesman, Diego. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and followed through immediately with actions. He is a stand up salesman. On to the purchase I made. Purchased vehicle, looking through service history and it says it is overdue by 80 something miles. Turns out service was done just not updated in vehicle, later Diego provided pictures of service. Then I heard some awkward noise when hitting small bumps in road. Turns out the car needs struts and control arm bushings. Mechanic pops the hood, the plastic cover over the intake was not clipped back into place after service removed. Plastic was lying off to the side on hot part of motor, heat resistant material under cover in a million little pieces all over the motor that has to be cleaned as well. It is pretty depressing to pay almost 27K dollars and having immediate issues with the purchase. Not too happy.

Great experience from drop off to pick up. Even with all the construction going on, the staff, as always, over delivered! The new lobby was superb.

My sales associate Amanda Farren went above and beyond with her assistance and follow up, which made all the difference in my decision to purchase the Lexus LX 600. Went I arrived at the dealership to take delivery of my vehicle, along with Amanda, Thomas Bush in F&I was extremely accommodating and efficient in order to stream the purchasing process for me, as I am an extremely busy professional. Lexus let down
Scheduled a 7 AM service over the telephone. Arrived to be told my service was at 11:30. Received a confirmation email stating 9 AM. Sat there for four hours to replace two OEM lightbulbs.
