My Lexus needed extensive repairs to the axles, struts,

My Lexus needed extensive repairs to the axles, struts, sensors, etc., and while it was there I decided to get it tuned up, oil changed, and wheels aligned/rotated. The Service Manager that assisted me was Patricia (Patty) and she was absolutely outstanding -- very customer oriented and excellent communicative skills. She made sure my old 2012 RX350 was going to be safer and more comfortable to drive when the repairs were completed. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. Even though my service contract was not with Lexus, she coordinated to ensure every repair that was covered by my extended warranty was appropriately charged -- almost $5,000 in saving to me. Thank You Patty and Lexus of Tampa Bay!!!

I was assigned my 4th advisor (Mahmoud Munieodine) during

I was assigned my 4th advisor (Mahmoud Munieodine) during my years at Lexus of Tampa Bay. He was professional, courteous and helpful in recommending the repairs needed. I felt he had my best interest at heart. This was not always the case with previous advisors.

Lexus of Tampa Bay is the only dealership that I will use

Lexus of Tampa Bay is the only dealership that I will use for my vehicle maintenance/service (vs. third party places), and the main reason for that is my ?go to? service advisor, Scott Banta. He always takes great care of me and my RX350, and he totally outdid himself my last visit (6/7/25). Thanks, Scott!!

My Charleston SC dealer did not have the vehicle I was

My Charleston SC dealer did not have the vehicle I was looking for, but Lexus of Tampa Bay did. I found it on cars.com and bought it. It was a very smooth transaction. My sales associate, Caleb, was awesome. Kept me informed and I was prepared when we flew in to pickup SUV. Lexus Tampa Bay is top notch and would definitely recommend to a friend.

one start because don't have the 0 option be aware don't trust this people specially be aware from the GM don't get cars from there they sold the car with the broke radio they know and still dont fixed no warranties and now have to cover the cost nothing describe better the service like garbage and its not enough .....
