My gas tank cover wouldn't open and I was getting low on gas. it took longer than I would have thought to find the problem which was that the lever needed oiling, and it cost over a hundred dollars to do that. Anyway I was happy that the problem was remedied and I could get back home to Tierra Verde south of St Pete.

2021 ES300H wouldn?
2021 ES300H wouldn?t start. Googled the error message and got it started. Took it to Lexus of Tampa Bay and it was the small battery and under warranty. They gave me a loaner car since it wasn?t in stock and I couldn?t return it the next day due to wok schedule. They were fine w that.

The salesman was Zee Mhawej and he kept the appointment,
The salesman was Zee Mhawej and he kept the appointment, yet was not available once we arrived. The vehicle was being sold as a one owner with no accidents "reported" as the salesman referred to once we noticed during the visual inspection and that they failed to report in the advertisement. The salesman then proceeded to attempt to make some sense of the bad situation we were facing, as Mr. Zee was telling us that it is a good buy since the accident(s) is not reported and we would be able to resale it at a good price (in other words, he was asking us to lie to the next person like they were doing to us). I then, told him that we would be willing to listen to whatever adjustment to the price they would do now that we all know the vehicle has been involved in at least one accident.. He then asked for us to wait which we did. He then returned we an offer to get us out of their building. As he proceeded to explain the brake down of the newlly added $2,250.00 to the asking price 12,750.00 (based in like new "excellent" condition) which was unchanged. Not to mention, he then was still trying to convince me that this a good deal. I believe the lack of self awareness and professionalism was oozing out of the salesman. The misleading and lack of empathy along with all of the previously mentioned attributes make this dealership a dangerous place to go to purchase a vehicle, period.
