“I visited several dealerships, including four different Toyota dealerships in the area and Lexus of Wesley Chapel, but the only one that truly made me feel comfortable and confident was Lexus of Tampa Bay. Brandon Hammons was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional, even knowing I was taking my time to do research and compare options. Unlike other places, I never felt pressured or overwhelmed with nonstop phone calls. During the process, I even sent my adult kids to the dealership on my behalf, and Brandon treated them with the same kindness, respect, and professionalism. He answered all of their questions, made them feel welcome, and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. I also want to recognize Mr. Capeten in the finance department. He was very professional, funny, and easygoing, which made the finance part of the process feel much less stressful. Overall, the entire team from the moment I walked into the lobby to working with the manager created a smooth and stress-free experience. They made me feel respected, in control, and confident in my decision. I truly appreciate the way everything was handled, and I’m grateful for the experience at Lexus of Tampa Bay.”

I purchased a used Mercedes worth over 100k at Lexus of
I purchased a used Mercedes worth over 100k at Lexus of Tampa Bay and while prior to me signing the papers the experience was as one would expect this dramatically changed right after I left the premises with the sales contract signed. My sales associate was suddenly impossible to get a hold of and there was no follow up on texts, calls or email. They just ghosted me. To make matters worse, there were 2 problems with the car that I pointed out after doing a thorough inspection which the dealership agreed to take care of before shipping the car. The $5 fix was taken care of but the $500 fix was not. They then came up with excuses that they tried to 'fight for my fixes to be taken care of'. How is there a need for such thing. The dealership agreed to fix the issues - there should not be any trying involved here. Very disappointing experience that is unfortunately inline with any shady used car dealership in the nation. Be warned that you may experience many surprises as well.

This is not the closest Lexus dealership to my home but past experience showed me it was worth the additional one hour drive. Everyone at this dealership was welcoming but our salesperson, Johannes, is a very special person. I left with a new car I absolutely love and at a very competitive price. Johannes treats me like I might shop for a new vehicle every year.

I was promised to give a loaner at the time of service
I was promised to give a loaner at the time of service and when I reached tehre I was told they don't have any loaner available and asked me to reschedule the appointment. Since then I have been trying to reschedule my appointment over the phone and when I ask for a loner I am being told that someone will call me back but no one has ever called me back. Again I called today and they were busy so I put my phone # in call back list and I never received one and then I called them back again and I asked the customer service rep to hold as I was busy on the other line and they hung up. Very pathetic service experince.

I wasted my time after weeks of communication and left feeling misled. If you value honesty and transparency, I strongly suggest being very cautious or choosing a different dealership. The Auto nation inspection is a lie.
The Auto nation inspection is a lie. Bought a used car and took it to the manufacturer dealership and found over $6k in repairs needed. If I could have gotten the inspection within the 5 day period I would have cancelled. We were given the premium Car care plan and that only covered one repair. Both back tires were dangerously damaged to the point where my child and I could have been seriously injured in an accident. Missing engine mounting hardware as well. Jeremiah was my sales person. I usually buy from Carmax, and I will never deviate from them again. Lesson learned.
