I went in for an oil change and tire rotation I was also

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation I was also told I need an alignment that it's part of 15,000 regular Maintenace. Really at 15,000? Sounds like a rip off for an extra $200

A driver from the dealership came to pick up our Lexus

A driver from the dealership came to pick up our Lexus for routine service. Breanna, with the service dept., was an excellent communicator! Reminders were made days prior and texts and emails were sent while they had the vehicle. The same driver returned my SUV the next day. It was a great experience.

Service repairs and customer service in this department is great. However service in sales department is well below any standards; incorrect information given in purchasing warranty, no response to emails, visit, etc. overall very poor quality of information.

Peter was an amazing guy to deal with.

Peter was an amazing guy to deal with. From the moment my wife went into the facility until the day I went in to make the purchase he was friendly, and relateable which was a huge plus. He never forced the sale and was super helpful in helping get to our budget. WE are so happy with our new vehicle.

Everyone who worked with me all the way to the financial department were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to not only help me every step of the process but to help get me the best deal on my car. Overall I?m very happy with all the hard work and dedication that I received here, I will definitely be back when I purchase my next vehicle after this one and will be referring all my friends and family here who are looking to purchase another vehicle in the future.
