I let Patrick my sales person know exactly what I wanted

I let Patrick my sales person know exactly what I wanted and needed in a new car. I was very specific about exterior and interior colors and amenities as well as safety and performance requirements. He delivered my car which was perfect to the last detail! He even took the time to explain all the ?bells and whistles? instead of telling me to look them up on YouTube! Other than having to leave my 13 year-old car behind it was a wonderful experience!

My service advisor, Paul Hilderbrand provided excellent service and advice on the issues with my vehicle. This made for a comfortable and easy experience. The facilities were clean with plenty of refreshments.

We went to another dealer and got the run around, they tried to slip in an extra 1000.00, we came to Lexus of Clearwater and we got a good deal and no nonsense

Great overall experience.

Great overall experience. There was absolutely no pressure at any point throughout the process. Al, our salesperson was great! He took me on 2 test drives, answered all of my questions, followed up when I left after the test drives. The negotiation process was a breeze and Bhatti was professional guiding us through signing the documents. As previously noted, no pressure at all. The car is great! I am very happy with the overall experience so much that I recommended them to a family member who may be in the market for a vehicle in the near future.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation I was also told I need an alignment that it's part of 15,000 regular Maintenace. Really at 15,000? Sounds like a rip off for an extra $200
