3 stars because they did end up doing the right thing in
3 stars because they did end up doing the right thing in the end. My transaction with this dealership was unfortunately unpleasant. I was forced to call corporate and Lexus direct to resolve my issues. The positives…. Dan my salesman was great. Treated me fair, answered the phone on his day off, made sure to follow up with me. True professional. Sydney is a stand up professional and I recommend he manages your deal. Always making you feel comfortable even under stress. The service dept and service director as usual from past experience top notch with great communication. The bad…. Do not use Jerome Harris. He is very unprofessional and needs retraining in customer service. We had a full argument in the lobby in front of customers, He makes empty promises and does not call you back after multiple voicemails. The people in finance couldn’t get my paperwork right for over a week even after the internet was back up. Even the GM couldn’t send an e-mail with more than 1 word. My wife was very unhappy. I had to micromanage and explain the difference in numbers and how to repair my new to me car to them while they continued to try to tell me my car wasn’t capable of doing what it was capable of doing in the end. Safety issues were fixed even though Jerome thought they were “cosmetic” . I feel they knew they had to do what was right for dropping the ball so many times. But after 6 trips back and forth my car is finally correct.
