We returned from a seven day cruise to discover our Lexus had a dead battery. We were in a parking garage in Miami and had to get a jump to start the car. While on Alligator Alley we called Lexus Of Clearwater to let them know our situation, and drove straight there. Without a scheduled appointment, we waited no more than 20 minutes before an advisor, Paul Hildebrand, was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule. Our wait time was minimal and Paul even had all the bugs washed off the car. The experience as amazing.

My husband got himself into a hole with a shotty "buy-here pay-here" car that was ultimately unsafe for our family. As a previous customer of Lexus I knew they were honest and work hard for their customers. I have to say that my belief in lexus and enthusiasm was even underestimated. We walked in, close to closing on a Friday night, not expecting much - just looking for info. We got paired with salesman Connor Groot and laid out the situation. He was honest that it wasnt a pretty situation yet hopeful on getting us into something. We stayed an hour passed closing so they could get numbers together, and concluded that returning the next day would be best for everyone. The next morning the Connor and the finance team hit the pavement first thing, keeping in contact at every update. We got a call that they had a glimmer of miracle for us, so we returned to the dealership to finalize everything. The team here worked all day to get a deal FOR US (as what we presented with was less than ideal of a situation and I'm sure the profit margins are slim on this deal from their end). We felt like valued customers even though we weren't buying the most expensive car on the lot. The effort and attitude of the Lexus Clearwater team has earned us as lifetime customers. I will not purchase a car from any other place. Thankful for the team that made this happen and the light mood Connor Groot held while things were stressful for us. Looking forward to sending business that way from now on.

Best buying experience ever! Went in to purchase one car and ended up with two cars. Jamie Bordner-Gibes was super nice and very knowledgeable. I purchased the ES350 and my husband the Infinity QX 80. Jamie was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. Great dealership, they have a comfortable space to relax and wait if you need to and a decent stock on the floor depending on what you are looking for. They take a little while longer to make sure everything is perfect, I won't trust anywhere else to tune up and oil change my ES350.

I called the dealership and Jill answered the phone I knew that she would be my sales person due to her knowledge of the vehicle, NX 300 I was looking for.
