I love this place! Gillian sold me my RDx Three years Ago and every service experience since has been remarkable. Chris Sanborn knows his job and performs... it very well. there is never any pressure to spend unnecessary money and is quick to point out a coupon if there’s one available. One time I had a real issue that I thought would be where in tear and Chris actually found a service bulletin on it. I was amazed and very thankful When my vehicle tells me a service is coming up I actually Look forward to it and seeing my Acura family again.

Having come into the dealership, and speaking with Logan about my issues on my RL. Logan listened and created a plan to tackle my issues in the next couple... of months to ensure my RL continues to be the reliable vehicle it has been thus far. Logan was able to rectify the issue and preform my routine maintenance on my RL and complete all of the recalls on my RL to current. Logan and the tech did correct an issue witch literately saved me money in the future and a continued headache. Thanks Logan and Crown Acura.

Took my car in as Acura sent me there as Local dealership told me there was no fix. John Shaw was Great he made the process very smooth, had the mechanic... talk to me, we talked about the service bulletin and that I talked to Acura. The Mechanic was correct, the Transmission needed replaced and they did this all within 3 days, The other Dealership told me the fix was to buy a new car as they said there was no fix for this even though there was a service bulletin on it. John Went above and beyond to get my car fixed.He kept me updated and informed. I will recommend this dealership for service and I will get my next car from them as well. Also THANKS to Chris R the Mechanic who fixed the car so fast.

This dealership did what Gettel dealership said was impossible. They actually worked on the car, looked at service bulletins and fixed it! Something the... other Dealership said was impossible to do ! THey replaced my transmission all in a 3 day period which was done with little stress. John was great! made the whole process smooth, kept me updated and went above and beyond and I am Very Satisfied.I will come here for my next Acura and recommend this dealership to all that ask. I also will bring John all my service needs and recommend him as well.

Had a delayed start due service red dealing with prior customer issues/problems.Had my 2004 MDX in for 157,500 service + a safety recall airbag inflator... switch replacement. Service items covered were an oil change and tire rotation with balancing. Things were completed sooner than expected without any problems or issues. Rep gave me a preliminary total cost which covered everything. He kept me advised of what was going on and estimated time of completion. Nice job

I always contact Bart when I need work done on my RSX. It's a older car and dealer prices for repair can be hard to justify on something worth so little... but he helps keep things prioritized and manageable understanding that I have to do some of the work myself. I usually wait for work to be done and Bart is always ready when I arrive, shows me around the waiting facilities, and gets the work done quickly. Highly recommended.

i came in not knowing what I wanted other than vehicle size and what payment I wanted. Kyle was very helpful with this vague information. He showed me... all of my options, answered every question I threw at him. He remained friendly when even I was getting frustrated with myself. We went for a test drive. He wasn't pushy or aggressive like some salesmen. Overall it was a great experience I would definitely recommend him and crown Acura if you're in the market for a new vehicle.
