I want to thank Brandon and his staff for going above and beyond to help me out with my Jeep and offering options to get it fixed for way less than another dealership had quoted me. I had been a customer for 4 years at another Jeep dealership and they never even suggested the fix that Brandon did (and they could have). They now have a customer for the life of my Jeep! Thank you so very much!

I worked with Stephen Martin, he was very transparent and easy to work with. I definitely recommend Steven, the fact that he was a former technician definitely made the experience even better as he was very familiar with the vehicle and is systems

Tried to sell my father oil change, tires, brakes,...

Tried to sell my father oil change, tires, brakes, transmission and coolant flush he did not need. Complete thieves!!! Tires were at 8/32s of an inch which is like a brand new tire. Brakes were at 5mm front and 6 mm rear. 3mm is replacement specifications for breaks. The coolant flush is due at 150,000 miles and the transmission flush is due at 83,000 miles for a police or taxi heavy driving or towing. I personally called the dealership to speak to the service manager (MIKE). I told him what was going on. I did not like his answers. He told me the service manual I was reading was for someone to assume on buying a car every three years. Also while speaking with my father he told me there was 50% life left on the oil reading in the car. He was told by the service writer (Brittany) not to pay attention to that. Just keep bringing the car in for service at 5,000 miles. I did some research and I found that this model goes 10,000 between oil changes. So the car was right, he had another 5,000 more miles to go. So they even sold an oil change that was not needed. This is just sickening to me!! I as an automobile technician I am beside myself with the way my father was treated. There is no other way to explain this. I have no idea who they have working there, but I can tell you from my answers from the service manager it seems to be the practice there. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE THERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFFS!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD HAVE!!!

Was not clearly informed prior to work being done that the warranty on my 2015 ProMaster Van had expired (emissions warranty). The warranty expired only 41 days earlier. This was at least the 5th service being done by DA on this van all of which were warranty issues ( other than a few regular maintenance items). My service advisor knew my frustration with this van and the continuing nagging check engine warnings. Only 6 months earlier they had replaced what seemed to be the entire DEF system ($3700.00), surely these parts were still covered. Ah but no these were different part numbers and now at the time of pick up after the work had been completed we owed $1300.00. I did not purchase this van from DA but as a RAM authorized dealer/service center I relied on them to repair the issues that are clearly a manufactures defect. This van is only 5 years old and has less then 50K miles. It should not require 11 trips to dealers for service. This Service department needs to be more diligent in informing customers clearly and concisely when items being repaired are covered on warranty and when you will be responsible for the charges. My advise is not to by any diesel vehicle from FCA as they clearly do not have their act together.

Had been looking for a vehicle for about six weeks with repeated disappointments. Was about to give up when I saw a vehicle I was interested in at Dayton Andrews. I spoke with Jason Clarke and went right over. There was no hard sell or pressure, just clear information. Everything went smoothly from the test drive through finance. Follow-up was excellent as well. Have already recommended the dealership multiple times. Would gladly contact Jason again and purchase through this dealership.

The BEST car buying experience!

Our car buying experience was above and far beyond our expectations! Randy Booth (remember that name!) our salesman was amazing! He made the entire process enjoyable! The first time in my life I can say the car buying experience was fun! He listened to our wants and needs didn't give us the whole song and dance stereo typical car dealer garbage. He took his time to show us all our options and no pressure for a quick sale with a car on the lot.. He showed us incoming inventory which is ultimately where our truck came from..The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even the finance process was effortless that's the part I dread the most! it's no suprise that so many employees have 10, 20 yrs! all the other dealerships we went to were all new guys and just seem like constant turn over of employees with the stereotypical song and dance that you can literally hear them talk and finish their sentences because you know their game. Not Dayton Andrews. The only thing we regret is not buying previous cars from them. But, we are customers for life. We'll be back!

The best car buying experience! Those are words I thought I would never in my life say about a dealership! My wife and I have purchased a lot of cars through dealerships not a single one was enjoyable. Pretty stereotypical drawn out process. Our salesman Randy took the time to listen to our wants and needs provided us with feedback and helpful information. No pressure at all ever! There was no rush to buy asap with whatever was on the lot. We were shown vehicles coming that were in transit with the options we were looking for which is where we ultimately found the truck we wanted. The buying process was amazing even sitting in the finance box Everyone was awesome! The car buying experience was fun words I thought would never come out of my mouth!! The only thing we regret is not buying from them in previous purchases! We'll be back!!! p.s. Skylar in Service did an awesome job answering all the questions we had and was very knowledgeable. (I like to know if there are any known problematic issues with certain vehicles etc) Shout out to the detail guys! Our truck came right off the trailer and they didn't have much time between us showing up and purchasing the truck they did an awesome job. Thank you!

Crap experience, I went to the dealership after looking at their website in a particular vehicle. The vehicle was damaged and had a lot of dings and paint chips. None which was disclosed in the description or the pictures. After driving an hour there I told them my out the door price. They were 1k over it. I left. The next day I get a text saying they will do my price out the door. I go to the dealership to buy the truck, once in with finance manager (who was rude and didn't go over any of the documents) I notice the price is higher. The finance manager can't tell me why it's higher even though we agreed on an out the door price. I didn't want to argue anymore and took the vehicle at the higher price. The next day after buying the vehicle I come across a miss fire while driving at a certain speed. Take it to local dealership and they tell me the coils need to be replaced. A little over $800 for the parts and labor. I contact my sales rep and dealership to have then fix it for me at their expense and they refused saying vehicles are as is. Very poor experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
