Extremely appalled that in the space of less than a week we have had to order a headlight bulb for one of our new Dodge Durango's. First occasion last week when one went out we went to the dealership and was told that it was out of stock and that they would order it in for the next day! It came in the next day. Buyer beware, the bulb costs $18, but they charge you $34 for the bulb fitted, a four minute process. And then comes today when the other bulb blew. I got to the dealership, and waited 45 minutes before I was told, "we don't have the part in stock, but can walk across the road to to advance auto parts and get one. I explained what happened only a few days ago and WHY don't you order these and have them in stock??? Told good question!! After being at the dealership 64 minutes I finally got the bulb. Being a business that has purchased six brand new Dodge vehicles from "Dodge Winter Haven" I am extremely appalled at The dodge dealership in Clearwater.

TERRIBLEEEEE
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR, THEY GAVE ME 1 KEY THAT WORKS AND ONE THAT DOESN'T. I ONLY JUST FOUND OUT BECAUSE I GOT INTO A CAR ACCIDENT ON WEDNESDAY AND NOW DO NOT HAVE A KEY. THIS DEALERSHIP WANTS ME TO PAY TO TOW MY VEHICLE IN SO THEY CAN PROGRAM MY KEY WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!!!!! I WORK AT A CAR DEALERSHIP I KNOW HOW THIS WORKS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A WHOLE BUNCH OF SORRY EXCUSES. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS AT ALL AND I WILL BE LEAVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unexpected lower prices!
I tried shopping around to get the best deals and I could not find any better price than Jeff Kasman's offer. Similar dealerships promised me lower prices but they could not give me the courtesy that Randy Booth offered me nor the sincerity that I felt from Jeff. Being "personable" to me as a buyer made me buy from Dayton Andrews.

A+ experience for sure
This was by far the easiest, no haggle experience ever. I knew what car I wanted, called to ask questions about it, stopped by and drove it home without feeling that typical car buying pressure. Pleasant group of people here, highly recommend stopping by. My superb experience included, Jeff and Todd,...both very knowledgeable about the cars they sell and very professional. Guy in the finance department sealed the deal with an excellent financing option. Doesnt get any easier than this folks!! Call Jeff , Todd or Guy, they'll make it happen.

Easy, professional, organized
I had a great experience at Dayton Andrews - from the salesman (Jeff Kassman), to the sales manager, and the finance department (Wanda). All the interactions I had were on a personal level. I went prepared knowing what I wanted, and was never pressured. I had a bottom line in mind and a price I would not exceed. Jeff was very helpful, and I easily stayed within my price bracket. More dealerships should follow their model.

Typical car salesmanship
You know how this goes ... you walk in and the salesman is so happy to see you. States they can take care of you and starts inquiring if you are planning to buy a car today? Do you have a car to trade in? Are you in a lease? With each answer you give the response is no problem! Or that doesn't sound bad, we should be able to work with you on that. Or that lease can easily be taken care of. Only to sit down and learn they have no interest in working with you and will say anything to have you buy a car on their lot. Dont waste your time walking into this dealership unless you want the typical car sales nightmare. Read all the reviews on this dealership and stay away.

Outstanding dealership
This is a true no pressure dealership very people-oriented very well-mannered no pressure. saw the vehicle I wanted online ,went in talk to Jeff my salesman who was very well versed on the particular vehicle I was looking for. cannot say enough about him. other dealerships in the area need to get on the bus and go to this dealership and learn some people skills. maybe that explains why they've been there over 60 years. I would definitely go back there again and I would definitely recommend them to a friend
