Service and Sales together at Dimmit were awesome!

We have leased many cars through Dimmit. Particularly because of Paul (sales agent) and Dina (service). Paul helped us get prepared for our lease so we would be ready to go when we came into sign for the car, took us for a test drive, and made sure our warranties were in our payment. Dina helped us when we had a nail in the tire right after we leased a new car. The entire Dimmit Chevorlet Staff were helpful in the lease of our 2022 Equinox.

Awesome Service

Richard helped us from the beginning looking for a new truck. Helped to also get the price to where we needed monthly and overall. Worth the hour and a half drive. Would recommend asking for him if you plan to come in and get yourself a car.

My Salesagent, Rim, made an typically unpleasant experience enjoyable. She explained everything about the Chevrolet Blazer and all options and services available. She patiently answered all my questions. She knows her product and her dealership. Excellent! The Manager and Finance Manager answered my additional questions and made it a great experience!

Love this dealership/Z06 fair market

I have gotten two new cars from this dealership. You could not ask for a more pleasant or efficient experience. Everybody treats you like family. I've used the service department for routine maintenance on both cars in the dread of waiting around is unwarranted at this dealership they respect your time and you really don't spend any more than a small independent shop. I've seen a little bit of press on the internet lately about them asking or getting $100,000 over MSRP on a new Z06... it cracks me up because if any of these customers could buy a Z06 at the sticker price they would take no less than $100,000 profit if they sold it the next day what is wrong with people?

Nightmare Experience . BEWARE

The worst service department experience I have had in 40 yrs of car ownership . This Dealership was totally unable to complete repairs and in fact I had additional problems after leaving my 2000 Corvette in their care. They did not stand behind their work but offered a myriad of excuses . I wasted two months dealing with Dimmitt . And was unable to connect with anyone in customer service if they have such a thing. They totally failed me, Chevrolet , and the car business.

We apologize you were not satisfied with your recent experience with us.We completed the body work that was needed on your Corvette related to your vandalism claim and provide a lifetime warranty for the lifetime that you own your vehicle for the work we completed.We explained from the initial inspection that your convertible top would be outsourced to an upholstery shop as the top for your vehicle was discontinued and no longer available.It took 6 weeks for them to receive your convertible top, and we gave you the option of either leaving the vehicle there or picking it up until the top arrived.When you brought your vehicle back for the error message, we discovered the door module had malfunctioned which is an internal electrical malfunction.Your insurance company deemed that as not related to your loss and would be the owner’s responsibility.Please reach out to me should you want to have that service completed or if you have any further concerns.
