I brought my car in for a rattle and the mechanic thought

I brought my car in for a rattle and the mechanic thought it was due to the passenger heatshield being loose. It unfortunately wasn't the problem and my car is still making a noise. When I drove back home, I saw a deep scratch on my passenger door on the driver's side. Also the salespeople have been calling my phone multiple times a day and are harassing me! I, unfortunately have to bring my car to this dealership since no other Toyota dealerships are around me and because the service is free since my vehicle is still under warranty. I give the mechanic 5 stars for attempting to solve the problem and he requested a test ride with me so he could hear the sound. He didn't want me to drive my route which would have made the sound easier to hear because I know which roads the sound happens more frequently on. My car was driven an additional 100 miles after dropping it off, so I know he was test driving multiple times to try to hear the sound and that's probably when the scratch occured (Which I can live with). The 1 star is for the salespeople who called me from the time I brought my car in for service and are continuting to call me multiple times a day from all sorts of numbers. They are pissing me off.

Vesli and Jenny are the tag team that makes it happen.

Vesli and Jenny are the tag team that makes it happen. Even with my "still working on it" credit, I drove away in a new 2025 Toyota that I chose before I arrived. The even have connections with auto insurance after normal hours to make it happen. Highly recommend. Love my new car smell!

I honestly only went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle.. by the time I made it back from my test drive, I was securing the deal .. Kaleb and Brian took such great care of me.. I am so grateful for them! Thx AutoNation!!

This Toyota series have the best customer service

This Toyota series have the best customer service managers representative mechanics when you bring your car you're feeling like you're coming to the family. You can drink a coffee you can join the time. Everybody is so kind of you and pleasure series is a fast fantastic and quick you're coming happy when you go home you're more happy And you're feeling you wanna go there just to see all these people all this school. This is unbelievable American series. In the world, you can find service like TOYOTA. You were wishing to turn back just to see them drink the best coffee in the world you can imagine and also.Natheer (Adam) Darwazeh he's a champion of the world. He will treat you like you are his brother and come to his home. I never see in my life connection with the customer service and us also lay the manager. She do tremendous job. She's a goal of TOYOTA service and hopefully Mr. Adam he deserve raise salary and also he is manager lady. I will call a lady queen thank you very much. There is no words America is proud that you have the crew like you America first God bless TOYOTA service and all crew there. I wish you that you owe everywhere around the USA and outside of USA in the world thank you so much.

Autonation Toyota is by far the best Autonation

Autonation Toyota is by far the best Autonation dealership in our area. Carla is our go to person. She goes out of her way to find the vehicle you are searching for. She works hard to make sure you are completely happy with the whole situation. Mike in finance works hard to make the deal happen and often times goes beyond what he needs to, to make it work. Carla and Mike make an excellent team!

I had a very disappointing experience after purchasing my Sienna last month from AutoNation Toyota. There were a few issues with the vehicle that the sales team acknowledged and agreed to fix. However, due to a lack of available parts, I had to wait for two weeks. Once the parts arrived, I contacted the salesperson, but the coordination between the sales and service teams was extremely poor. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I ended up waiting for hours to get the work done. No one responded to my calls, and I also had to wait for a long time for the courtesy pickup. Overall, the entire process was very poorly managed and frustrating.
