This dealership was a lot less crowded / busy than the

This dealership was a lot less crowded / busy than the Toyota dealership closer to my house. This allowed me to get a brand new Sienna in 1 month versus the 4-5 month wait list that everyone else was experiencing. They were easy to get in touch with because they provided their contact numbers I could text or call whenever needed. I was even able to FaceTime one of the employees when I couldn’t figure out something on my Sienna after I brought it home instead of having to drive 2 hours to get to the dealership. I did take away a star because my original salesman had quit and I was given a new sales man while waiting for the arrival of my car so there was a point where communication got a little muddled but still by far one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car in my adult life.

Always there ready to help. Big problem with main prious battery. Took a little over a day. They even paid for Lyft both ways.

Bought 2022 Toyota Rav 4 & gas mileage is not what they

Bought 2022 Toyota Rav 4 & gas mileage is not what they are advertising and brought up to the service personal and they said everything looks ok. And it’s Not. And talked Service Director and wile talking to him . He was impatient and taking log breathing showing me that I am wasting his time. Gave me wrong instructions on Milage and how to measure and bring him evidence than only they can check. So bad filling he gave me.

Mr Raymand found and ordered the exact car I wanted.

Mr Raymand found and ordered the exact car I wanted...and delivery went smooth...the buying process was thru text and email..easiest car buying experience I could imagine...even my trade in evaluation was effortless...I never left my living room couch...When my car came in it I was ready to drive out the door of the dealership within minutes of my arrival..He also got me the best financing ..can't say I have ever enjoyed a car buying experience more but this was exceptional...so I plan on doing this again with AutoNation of Pinellas Park.
