Auto Nation Toyota Pinellas Park - THE place to go

Great experience buying a vehicle which is usually quite stressful. Jason was relaxed, helpful and didn't pressure us. We started out looking at used cars but ended up getting a great deal on a beautiful new Corolla with a lifetime warranty!!

Will definitely be using AutoNation again.

I had a useful team of employees that helped me find the ride I was looking for. I had been to a dozen other dealerships at this point and none of them had what we were looking for. We got lucky with AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. The process took a little longer than I would have thought, but the company was good and I genuinely vibed with some of the sales people there, just talking about life and such. It was a great experience overall, and they didn;t try to over-sell me with junk. Everyone was honest and I got the sense they were genuinely trying to help me, not take advantage of me. This experience has made me a big fan of AutoNation, and although I might not get the same exact experience at a different location in the future, I will definitely be trying an AutoNation first for my next future purchase. My team members who helped me were Juan, Sebastian, and Joe (in training at the time). I highly suggest you try to get in touch with one of them if you visit this location. You guys were great, and it was fun chatting with you while we waited for all the paperwork.

The good, the bad and the ugly

My last experience was getting an oil change. For the third time, it took over two hours to have that done. This time was two hours and 24 minutes this time . This is extremely annoying especially when I made an appointment. Sitting in that waiting room, I was tortured by the screeching sound of pop music over the speakers. It would be much nicer to have calming music like slow jazz, ambient or soft classical. When I arrived, the valet came right out, but then I had to wait 10 minutes for the service person to come out to my car. The people are very nice, the work done is excellent, but the time one has to wait for an oil change is unacceptable. I bought my car there and like to have it serviced there too. I think someone at the dealership reads these reviews and hopefully can do something to address this extended wait time.

Good and bad

For an oil change a two hour and 24 minute wait was unacceptable and very annoying!!!? I had to wait 10 minutes between the time the valet checked me in, and my service manager came out Why even bother to schedule an 11 o?clock appointment when many other cars are crammed in at the same time. This is the third time that this has happened to me. I dislike sitting there listening to the screechy Pop music. I feel caught between a rock and a hard place since I bought my car there. I do like the work that is done but it takes forever. ?

Guarantee, service

I got my car a year ago, the air when I turn the Ac smell like pee, I was told that this could be build up humidity or mold in the tubs, he said that is normal, and the guarantee does not cover, they could clean and put fresh smell for 200 dollars, I said you should told me about this issues when I got my car, he said, it happen in the new models no the old model. Also I ve been telling them in my last visits that when I turn on the car smell a lot to gasoline, they keep telling me they don?t find any issue. Also they say the car will give 35 miles per gallon maybe 30 in city, I got 25 in city
