AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park

I could not be happier with my experience at auto nation ,Pinellas Park. Larry and Gary were both knowledgeable and helpful with my decision to lease a Prius `16. I appreciate that Gary personally delivered a fob that I had left back at the facility. I really like this car. I find it a little more responsive to regenerative braking then the leaf I was driving. Most times I do not have to highway travel so I find that with a little tweaking I can crank out a few more miles. All in all I am quite satisfied with my vehicle .

This issue did not fix and remain the same, Tried to call and leave a message, but not call back.

Some employees make promises that they don't keep. Due to the quality of service I received the last time I was in I was promised a car wash and vacuum that I did not get when I recently returned.

Made a reservation for service,rite on time.said service would take an hour.One hour later leaving service center completely satisfied.

There were two problems regarding the service experience. The first was that the tires I had ordered came in but they were the wrong size. Howard had a solution when he came to me with an upgrade to better tires. Although it took a lot of time to complete the repairs, 4 new tires, oil change and new wiper blade the service person, Howard, was empathetic and understanding. Overall, besides the time factor, being far to long - 4 hours and 15 minutes, I was treated fairly. I will be back.

I brought my Toyota Camry in for it's 10,000 mile service. The people were just great. Answered all my questions and made me feel like I mattered.

I walked in signed some paper work and less the an hour had a new car. Besides the test drive I did my shopping 100% on line via websites and email. Great except some did not take me seriously. One salesperson told me I didn't want one car and offered another. With Gary @ auto nation we agreed on price then he instructed me step by step what to do. I drove one hour each way to get the car. When I arrived the car was ready to go and had the keys in my hands in under 20 minutes. No surprises no bait and switch. I recommend Gary to anyone and I drive 2 hours again for my next car because of how well I wa treated.

I want to thank Israel, my salesman, Kevin, the manager, and Lisa and Hassan, finance team, for making my dream come true. I've been watching my charcoal 2016 Corolla S+ with Daisy wheels for almost a year now, and they've made my dream come true: I am now driving my Miss Daisy!
