1. No car rental available until I wait around for over
1. No car rental available until I wait around for over two hours and complain the car is not being worked on to manager. 2. Advisors do not schedule appointments correctly and not in system 3. Poor communication from Advisors to car tech 4. Car tech needs to make scheduled appointments priority. 5 company needs to itemized the discounts they provide it’s all done secretly. 6. With all issues I should get more discounts for future services.

First of all, had to come in twice.
First of all, had to come in twice. One person told me one thing about the time & Megan gave me a different time schedule. No explanation that I had to put. $50 down for a rental. Was not pleased with the service. Had to ask what was done to my vehicle, she was more concerned about getting more money out of me for extra things other than what the vehicle was bought in for. Quoted me one price on the phone & a higher price over $300 when I picked my vehicle up.
