My initial service in the service dept a few years ago

My initial service in the service dept a few years ago was terrible, I had a guy that completely ignored me, was rude and I felt like maybe even prejudice/racist. I requested a different service manager, then I was assigned Chrissy. Omg!! What a difference. She has always been so kind and always make sure my service needs are met along with a hug and a smile. She’s warm, friendly and very personable. I drive a long way to have my car serviced, but she makes the drive well worth it.

The initial paperwork for the vehicle seems simple at first but after I signed the primary contract I was under the impression that I was already approved and then I was confronted with many more details concerning the financing that I wasn't made aware of. I would have appreciated all the information up front first before the keys of the vehicle we're handed to me.
