Bartow Ford

Salesman was very respectful of our decisions on the purchase of the vehicle we chose. He did not try to push us in for another deal. The only issue "the financial manager" seemed to get defensive when turning down options they were offering. After I informed him why we didn't need or want the offer he seemed to be in a rush to get us out of the room. We mentioned this to the salesman and he said he would take it to his manager. Overall very pleased.

Our second purchase was a great experience again, a friend told us to ask for Mr. CJ Russell, he met with us ask what we were looking for and referred us to Jared Drake, what a nice young man. Jared took his time and showed us the three type cars we were interested in and answered all our many questions. We decided on the 2016 Ford Escape in my favorite color, with the two of them working together and with us I am one happy customer. Love my Escape and I am enjoying driving it, when I can get my husband out of the drivers seat. Thanks Bartow Ford for a rewarding experience. Probably will be back some day my husband as his eyes on the Ford Raptor Truck. Thanks Jared and Mr. Russell.

Purchasing my 2016 Ford Escape at Bartow Ford was an awesome experience. When you hear commercials you take them with a grain of salt, Bartow Ford delivered. Beginning with Aundrae McGee It was like dealing with a long time friend. No high pressure sales tactics I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the escape in the color I wanted .Then there was Melissa Jones she explained how the features worked on my Escape and even programmed the blue tooth for me. Great experience !!

I recently bought a 2016 F250 4x4 from Bartow Ford. I shopped other dealers in my area, but couldn't find the deal I was looking for. My salesman at Bartow Ford was Vincent DeLaRosa. He gave me a great price on the truck I wanted. Vincent, and Theresa in financing, made the whole experience great.

My experience with bartow ford was like no other. Long story short: I walked into another ford dealership with full intentions of leaving with a new truck. As I signed the credit app, Natasha with bartow ford called me to check how my search is going and she quickly ran numbers with the manager to give me the best deal possible on an identical truck. A crew from this dealership stayed open an extra 2 hours past closing on Christmas Eve to set me up in my new ride. The truck was already in my name, tagged, and paperwork completed before I arrived. Great dealership and phenomenal family oriented team. I am now riding in my dream truck: 2016 f250 6.7l super duty platinum.

I bought a new Escape Titanium. My wife was a little intimidated with all the new technology the Escape came with. Diana explained the new Technology items and made my wife feel comfortable with them. Made the transition much easier. My wife is now in love with all the new Technology items the Escape has to offer.

Three years ago I leased a 2013 Ford Edge from Marty Wilson and Bartow Ford with my pending retirement in mind. Four months into my retirement my lease was over and the time to make a more permanent car decision was at hand. While I absolutely loved the Edge, I estimated that I was alone in the vehicle 90 percent of the time. Even with three local grandchildren, I figured a smaller vehicle was the way to go. A few days before Christmas I treated myself to the purchase of a 2015 Ford Focus Hatchback Titanium model. Research revealed that the redesigned Focus is very economical to drive, is tops in its class in safety features and is loaded with technology. It is also fun to drive. I did not need to research where to purchase the vehicle as I have always been completely satisfied with the service of Bartow Ford and Marty -- both the company and the man stalwarts of integrity and customer satisfaction.

This was my second purchase at Bartow Ford, having previously purchased from there 6 years ago. The customer service is second to none. Good quality used vehicles that the dealership stands behind. Diana Franceschi was phenomenal from start to finish and very responsive to all my requests and questions. I don't foresee me buying with any other dealership in the future. They've earned my loyalty.
