Very timely service in a bit of an emergency.

Very timely service in a bit of an emergency. Ronnie and Shantel were both outstanding with responsiveness and up-front communication. Shantel was even communicating on her day off. I don't know Jacqueline from Sales. The survey won't let me complete until I pick a sales person.

I had an oil change and filter.

I had an oil change and filter. Also rotated tires. Also overall safety inspection. Work is good, it took about 1 and a half hour. The cost was almost $200.00 which I think is getting to be to high and overpriced. I will be looking for a less expensive alternative.

I was looking on line for a used Genesis.

I was looking on line for a used Genesis. Found the prefect car. Called auto nation Toyota, Connected with Lisa Champion their internet person. The deal was complicated, ( or I thought so)I had two cars to trade. Met with Lisa, she was a dynamo ,on the ball and on top of everything. in a very short time she had checked out my cars ( one in person one by photos) They made me an offer, i told them what I needed to make the deal. They came back and it was done. I had purchased a Genesis. the next day my wife and I delivered the trade in's, signed a few papers and drove home. everything transferred over to me all taxes, title and ins etc. Best experience I have ever had buying a car.
