    Time for an oil change, so I called the dealer Sam Galloway Ford and was told to Come On In! I arrived around noon on a damp, misting Monday, and was greeted... immediately by a nice, personable service manager who signed me in and got the ball rolling. I waited, approximately 45 mins., in a clean and nicely spaced waiting area, where everyone had on a mask, and they were constantly contact surface cleaning. The service manager came looking for me mid-way through to discuss a question I had posed to him during our original meeting, then was back again to let me know that the job was completed. He walked me to the checkout desk, explaining the service checks they had done, (tires, brakes, fluids, etc.) and made sure I was satisfied, then said his goodbyes. All was done to my satisfaction, and done quickly, less than an hour, in to out, with no problems... just the way I like it!

    Overall we are very pleased with our Edge. Quality, fit and finish is excellent. Four cylinder engine has plenty of power. Our Edge has all of the bells... and whistles and everything works well with the exception of the lane centering which tends to wonder in the lane some at lower speeds. Works well at highway speeds.

    Was promised two keys and a full tank. One key and a quarter tank. Was told their policy is not to make an extra key for models older than 2018

    Tip to bottom great experience. The only thing I would add would be a courtesy vacuum. But other than that greatly satisfied.

    The process at Sam-Galloway Ford was outstanding. My sales man Brett went out of his way to make sure I got everything I could. He as well as the rest... of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I drove out with exactly what I wanted.
