    Went in for oil change & low tire pressure warning light. They indicated that the sidewall on one tire had been damaged & needed to be replaced. I thought their price was too high, but learned in shopping around that it was pretty much the same as many tire dealers.

    Bought a 2017 Fusion 8/14/17. Salesman was excellent. 9/5/17 driver's window would not stay up. Called to set up a repair. No one answered when I was transferred to someone in service. Called again and lady told me she would contact a service writer to call me. No call as of 5 PM 9/7. Called salesman and he told me that he would go down to service and scream at them. No result. 9/6 called Coconut Point Ford and within 2 minutes got an appointment. Salesman 5 star- service negative 5 star! Still like the car but not the service. Would recommend salesman but not dealer service.

    Very poor service was hung up on 4 times after having my truck towed in 9 Friday night on Monday at 3 in the afternoon still haven't herd one thing when I did get threw they told me I needed a app that's why my truck wasent looked at told me four to five days my only car they just don't care to Mich business

    I purchase a new car every 18 months usually from Galloway. Their fast lane is any thing but fast. After service of escape dash lighted up and alarms sounded on the way home(I live 34 miles) indicating service problems. They would not return several telephone calls to find out how to resolve computer problems. They delay clocking in the car for service and delay after paying cashier of about 15 minutes to give you the car. On paper shows fast service. Find someone else to service your purchase.
