The sales manager Robin Francis helped a somewhat complicated situation on our trade-in and we walked away with a fair deal.

Purchased out new 2019 RDX from Scanlon. Charles Broussard was our sales guy. Came to an agreement via email and phone. Picked up our new vehicle the next day. Mr. Broussard delivered the RDX to us. Very thorough explanation on the vehicles features and operation. Gave us the tour of the facility. The delivery process was about as painless as possible. Mr. Broussard was outstanding.
