Zoran is excellent!

My wife and I were shopping for a new SUV and worked with Zoran. He was knowledgeable, straightforward and very easy to work with. We eventually decided to buy a different brand than Acura, but Zoran was a very good person to work with and I recommend him highly.

Terrific experience!

I have never in my life had such a stress free car buying experience as I did going to Scanlon Acura in Fort Myers. I had turned in a 2015 TLX for an '18 and I'm telling you, it was SEAMLESS! If I hadn't been there, I wouldn't have believed it. My husband and I drove down from Venice because Scanlon had the last '18 around and they made it all too easy. Zoran, our sales person was a no b/s individual which we greatly admire and the manager, Rico was absolutely wonderful as well. Even dealing with the finance manager, which can otherwise be grueling...was a DREAM! We can't thank you enough for all of your hard work and will tell everyone we know what a professional and well run dealership Scanlon Acura is. I still can't get over how efficient and wonderful our experience was. THANK YOU ALL

No question...GREAT DEALERSHIP

Trustworthy, Professional and Polite

I did not anticipate enjoying the purchasing process, but as soon as I walked through the doors I should of known how different the Scanlon Acura team is from the others. I told them what I was looking for, and was honest about the price I was willing to pay. They went above and beyond for me throughout this process, which was quick and painless, while being attentive to my needs. Everyone that was helping me, and even ones that were just being friendly with their simple hellos, were part of this trustworthy, no games, and clear communication team. What more could a buyer ask for. Oh, and to top it off, my surprise during finance time was a pleasant surprise: I am paying LESS than I thought! Yup! That's right- LESS!!! Thank you Scanlon Acura!!! I'll definitely see you on my next purchase!

Painless Experience

Bob Cohan was my sales person. He was friendly, down to earth and not “pushy”. I’ve had experiences at other dealerships in the past and never experienced this type of service. I told Bob the car I wanted and he didn’t try to persuade me to get another (more expensive) vehicle or march me around the lot to look at others. He went to work and made it happen! The financing was also a breeze. Mark showed me the extra’s I could finance with car (extended warranties, insurance, etc). I declined most, but opted for two options. Again, he wasn’t pushy either. Both gentleman made the experience painless! I have raved about Scanlon Acura all week and will continue to recommend. Ps, when we arrived at the dealership To meet Bob, he was finishing up with another customer. Mike Messina greeted us with bottles of water. Instead of making us wait, he showed me the car I saw online and took us for a test drive. He was so personable and friendly!

Pleasant and Awesome.

From Rico the manager, Wes in finance, and Charlie Broussard everyone who helped me out at Scanlon Acura was great. There was never any pressure and the process was clearly explained step by step. Would highly recommend.

Purchase of Acura for my Daughter

My daughter had been looking at a Honda Accord, but I'd read that it might be possible to lease an Acura cheaper than an Accord. I worked with Mike Messina who listened carefully to my daughter's needs and budget. Mike put together a deal on a 2018 ILX. Dan Clifford, the Sales Manager, was also involved. Overnight, they revised the deal to a 2019 Acura TIX for less than the 2018 ILX. Both Mike and Dan listened to my daughter's needs. There was absolutely no pressure or "for today only" tactics. Even the finance department was easy to work with - no attempt to upsell. I recently moved to southwest Florida and so had never worked with this dealer before. It was a refreshing change from what I was used to in suburban Washington, DC.

Wonderful, quick service!

My husband & I went to Scanlon Acura to look at a vehicle we had seen online. Michael helped us find the perfect vehicle for me within my price range.
